PART-A Supply and delivery at site submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type submersible motor having the following specification pump. Duty Condition : 40 m³/hr. Head : 53 mtr. Motor : Submersible type 3 Ph. 50 Hz. 400V + 10%, Star Delta Impeller : GM /SS /Cromesteel Motor winding : Wet Type. Pump outlet - 65/75/100 mm. Suitable for size of tubewell : 300 mm x 200 mm. Motor Capacity : 12.5 HP minimum Make : KSB / Texmo / PLUGA / BG / other approved (Test certificate, warranty certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.)

Supply and delivery at site the following :- uPVC 80 mm dia column pipe with both side square threaded (8 TPI) with one socket and 'O' ring biax technology with wiring lock system non corrosive, high tensile having ISO 9001 standard. (Make- Ashirbad/ Oriplast)

i) 3 mtr. long.

ii) 1.5 mtr. long

iii) 80 mm dia top & bottom adaptor

100 mm x 80 mm dia GI reducer

Supply and delivery at site Heavy type suitable dia M.S. suspension clamp for above column pipe along with nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Supply and delivery at site split type M.S. fabricated suitable tubewell cover for the tubewell housing with necessary clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, Air pipe and cable entry etc.

Supply and delivery at site 80 mm. dia CIDF sluice valve- 2 Nos., 80mm non return valve (swing type - 1 no.) PN - 1.0, 80mm MS heavy flange - 1 no., CIDF Bend 90o - 1 no., CIDF / MS (Heavy) short piece as required length, 80mm CIDF Tee - 1 no., reducer, nut bolt and other CI / MS specials etc. as required as per I.S. specification and other required materials for the job i.e. for making complete construction of delivery and wash out line (Make valve : I.V.I / I.V.C / Kirloskar / Upadhya/ Jupitor Engg. Co./Sigma Flow Control India LTD./ Cair Euromatic Automation Pvt. Ltd./K.E of Magnet Brand) as per relavant I.S. (Test certificate for valve should be submitted at the time of delivery).

Supply and delivery at site Pressure gauge 102 mm. dia and 7 kg. /cm2 range, brass cocks and fitting complete (H.Guru)

Supply and delivery at site 4 sq. mm. 3 core copper 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible cable. (Make : Finolex / Netco/ Mescab/Crystal)

Making safety device for above pump by supplying 3 nos. suitable size MS clamp/ MS Cage and 1" dia nylon rope of required length including supplying nuts, bolts, and other materials as per direction.

Installation of pumping machinery with valves, pipe & pipe specials, sort piece, presurre gauge including hoisting of column pipe making all electrical and water line interconnection complete as per direction including supply of necessary materials as required for the work.

Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3'x 3'x 3.5' approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction.

Earthing confirming to IS: 3043 by 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04m long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 mts. Long), 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including supply & fixing of 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1 mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mtrs below the ground level and restoring surface duly rammed as below. a) For Soft Soil By TATA - Medium GI pipe

Drawing earth by M.S. Flat strip (25mm x 6mm) from earth bus / electrode to above different components as per I.E. Rules and as per direction of EIC.
