Providing Services of artificial intelligence based survey through artificial intelligence survey vehicle of all components of roads except main carriageway under Sub-Division WR-12. carriageway: Scope of Work Footpath A Repair/replacement of existing kerb stones (including kerb stone damaged due to any reason including accident). B Providing missing kerb stones including (missing due to any reason including theft/accident). C Repair/ replacement/levelling of existing paver tiles (including paver tiles damaged due to any reason including accident) D Providing missing paver tiles (missing due to any reason including theft/accident). E Levelling of existing drain covers F Painting of kerb stones three times in a year or damaged due to any accident. G Cleaning of Kerb channel including removal of weeds/grass or any other unwanted vegetation and disposal of dust / waste H Repair of damaged kerb channel (damaged due to any reason including accident etc.) I Removal of weeds/grass or any other unwanted vegetation from the surface of footpath and its disposal J Removal of damaged street furniture for repair/disposal K Replacement of damaged MS grill, railing, fencing, toe wall etc (damaged due to any reason including accident etc.) L Replacement of damaged street furniture/statues etc (damaged due to any reason including accident etc.) Totem Poles A Cleaning including removal of posters/hoardings. Drainage / Bell Mouth A Preventive maintenance of choked bell mouth including its cleaning, repair/ replacement B Providing additional bell mouth pipe as per site requirement. C Removal of weeds Any other painted surfaces of wall etc. belonging to PWD in the RoW A Removal of unwanted posters, hoardings, signages and graffiti etc. B Minor painting as when instructed by PWD C Fresh Painting Bollards A Replacing / re-fixing damaged / missing / displaced bollards from Attic stock B Painting as and when required and at-least three times in a year. Signages A Removal of unauthorized signages B Removal of unauthorized posters/hoardings from the signages including its structure C Repair and re-alignment of signage board disturbed due to any reason including accident/ extreme climatic conditions. D Repair/replacement of signages damaged due to default of agency E Painting of steel structures of road signages Central Verge (where applicable) A Repair of existing kerb stones/jersey barriers/crash barriers (including damaged due to any reason including accident). B Providing missing kerb stones/ jersey barriers/crash barriers including damage due to any theft/accident/any other reason. C Repair/replacement of damage railing as and when required including damage due to any theft/accident D Painting of kerb stones/railing E Removal of extra dust/earth from the central verge to maintain level at-least 2 inches below of top of kerb stone. Dead Animal Removal A Removal of small dead animals i.e., Dog, Cat etc., Drains A Repair of damaged drain (damaged due to any reason including parking/accident etc.) (De-silting of the drain is not in the scope of the agency) B Repair/Replacement of damaged drains covers (damaged due to any reason including theft/accident) C Providing and fixing missing drain covers (missing due to any theft/accident). Malba Removal generated during maintenance activities A Removal of malba from RoW to keep it always free of malba. (any C & D Waste generated due to maintenance activities) Rotary / Islands A Repair and restoration to original state of damaged walls/kerb lines/railings of rotary/islands (damaged due to any reason including accident/theft)
