Schedule 'A' Part-VIII(MISCELLANEOUS PARTS)

Supplying, laying, connecting, jointing and testing in trenches ductile iron fittings (special castings) (class K12 as per IS 9523: 2000) for ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains upto 250 mm nominal dia (spigot and socket and flange ends (for push on joints and flanged joints) with external coatings of Metallic zinc with finishing layer of bituminous paint and internal linings of Portland cement (with or without additives) mortar with seal coat, all as per IS 9523: 2000 and including materials and jointing with rubber gasket for WA type of application and hardness class 50 for bulb and hardness class 80 for heel all as per IS 5382: 2018 and IS 12820: 2004 for push on joints and rubber gasket as per IS 638: 1979 for flanged joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode 40 mm nominal bore, medium grade, 10 metre length buried directly in ground with top edge of the pipe not less than 1.25 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm copper strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 2 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F submersible cable flat PVC insulation of type C and having PVC sheath of type ST2, flexible copper conductor, FR-LSH, 3 core of size 6 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non-rising stem type sluice valves having double flanged for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.0) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 100 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,install, testing and commissioning of open well submersible pump stainless steel body, capacity head 8-18 meter, discharge 0.48-1.8 liter per second, single phase, voltage range 160 - 240 volts, size 25 mm X 25 mm with all necessary accessories required for fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty metal direct online starter single phase 1 HP motor starter ideal for open well submersible pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made (including CPRI type test certificate) LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type floor mounted compartmentalised and IP 65, suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 04 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and legs of 40 mm angle iron and with aprons for cable entry and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed with following:- (A) Incoming:- (a) MCB TPN 63 Amp C series -01 No (B) Outgoing:- (a) Bus bar chamber of 3 phase 4 strip 415 volts with 100 Amps copper strip 1 set (b) MCB TPN 40 Amp C series -01 No (c) Space for starter -01 No (C) Accessories:- (a) Voltmeter digital 0-250 volt = 01 (b) Amp meter digital 0 -150 Amp = 01 (c) Indicator lamp yellow, Red, blue (d) Complete wiring (e) Earthing terminal and cable glands

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC), non-metallic, Resistance to Compression : Type 450, Resistance to Impact: Normal, Resistance to Bending : Pliable, Resistance to External Influence: Ingress Protection : IP 67, Resistance against Corrosion : Without Protection, Resistance to Flame Propagation : Non Flame Propagating, Nominal outside diameter 63 mm, minimum inside dia 47 mm conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24) : 2017 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating PN 10(1.00 Mpa), material grade PE 100 and nominal outside dia 160 mm as per IS 4984: 2016 including all fittings and fixtures as per IS 8360 : 2022 or IS 8008 : 2022 in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
