M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre including taking out the existing APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm size stone aggregate) as levelling course, padding on chajjas, etc incl angular moulding at junction upto 10cm height complete all as specified with WPC with Nano EHP powder as per manufacturer's instruction, applied over prepared surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item as supply only. (ii) PCC shall be laid to acheive true slope towards the drain/weep holes.

Supply only liquid WPC (best quality) of approved make. Note:- Dose of WPC as per manufacturer instructions

M&L for Water Proofing: a) Surface Preparation - Mild Chipping of the surface, Clean the Surface with Nano Bio wash. b) If any/onlinr leackage found seal with Nano magic and apply nano Bond coat. Open the cracks by making 'V' groove, filling cracks with Nano Crack Filler. c) Apply Nano carbon baesed shorter chain Nano Bond Coat d) Providing and applying Nano Water Base Water Proof compound one coats after surface preparation using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing rate above 98% and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 75 degree, permeable type with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1%, 60 micron DFT. e) If any/ant crack found open and fill the crack with nano carbon base filler and bond coat and use nano wall filler to reduce the undulation. M&L Repair of Complete Jointing System as mentioned below:- (a) Clean the surface and remove loosely bonded concrete. (b) Apply Nano shorter chain high strength flexible water resistant Nano Bond Coat. (c) Fill the surface with Nano flexible low grade concrete with flexible nano additive leaving 1/3 portion from top and bottom surface. (d) Fill the gap with Nano flexible UV protective Nano hollow air trap powder (2) : nano base (1) nano hardener (1) Flexibility 311% from top and bottom both the surface. (e) Apply Nano Bond Coat. Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof suitable for 100 mm dia including drilling holes & fixed to wall with nails etc complete all as specified and as directed.
