Clearing and Grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation,grass,bushes,shurbs,saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm,removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Scarrifying the excisting bituminous road surface to a deapth of 150 mm and disposal of scarifing material with a lift upto 3m and lead up to 1000 m as per technical specification clauses 301.4 Km 0/0-3/250

Construction of embankment side slope with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification Clause 303.1(using the Borrow pit earth)

Construction of embankment with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical specification Clause 301.5 (Gravel Shoulder)

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 150mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previousaly prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical sepcification caluse 504

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 502

Providing, laying and rolling of Open -graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearin as per Technical specification Clause 509 Km 0/0-3/250

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type c as per technical specification clause 510

Provision of 15 nos rumbles strips covered with premix bituminous carpet 15-20mm high at centre 250mm wide placed at 1m centre to centre at approved locations to control speed marked with white strips of road marking paint
