CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKAGE WELLS AND EXECUTION OF OTHER MISC CONNECTED ITEMS OF MD AND OTM ACCN IN D1B AND D-V ZONE UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (N) MAMUN

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/ kitchen/WHB by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of tarp, CI waste pipes by opening the clearang eyes and deposting the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance exceeding 100 meters but not exceeding 500 meters from the gully trap, covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The complaint shall be attended and cleared by the contractor within 24 Hrs. A penality of Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from contractor's dues if the compaint is not cleared within 24 hrs.

M&L Cleaning of blockage of WC indian or European type by removing of all mud/ sludge, getting out, cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe line upto First manhole, deposting sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance exceeding 100 meters but not exceeding 500 meters, covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The complaint shall be attended and cleared by the contractor within 24 Hrs. A penality of Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from contractor's dues if the compaint is not cleared within 24 hrs.

M&L Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150/200mm internal dia at any depth inciuding manholes by removing manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine or manually as requierd at site, from manholes, well flushing with water after cleaning, getting out sludge and liquid materals from connecting manholes (deposited in sewer line), removing the solids and sludge to a distance not less than 500m and reinstating the manhole cover to its oiginal postion (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines, clearing & cleaning of manholes in same line is included in rate of this item) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Rate quoted includes for keeping particular sewage line for cleaning, functional for full contract period which is once undertaken. (ii) The complaint shall be attended and cleared by the contractor within 24 Hrs. A penality of Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be recovered from contractor's dues if the compaint is not cleared within 24 hrs.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of rubbish n. exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Sub class 'B', old size brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masorny or on concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish n. exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removal of rubbish n. exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete (as in manholes etc) complete all as specified and directed.
