Providing and fixing pannelled glazed and panalled and glazed shuttrs for doors ,windows and clerestory windows including bright finshied /black enemelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws fIst class deodar wood 40 mm thick. 2nd class deodar wood complete in all respect and as per the direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutter for doors ,windows and clerestory windows including bright finshied / black enemelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws Iind class deodar wood 40 mm thick.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level i/c arrises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even & smooth with cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Eng-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, greas,dirt,and other foreign metter with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat on new wood and wood surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frame / pressed steel frame with MS flates square / rounds bars 12 mm dia with round headed bolts and nuts of by screws in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer - in- Charge Plain grills.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40 cms long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cms 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachements etc. complete and stacking them within 20 metres lead. Exceeding 3 sqm in area .

Demolation of old brick work stand in room and stacking them within 50 metres lead complete in all respect.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials complete in all respect.

Removing dry or oil bound distempering by washing & scraping and papering the wall surface smooth i/c necessary repair to scratches complete.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster suface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortor drops,dust loose material and other foreign matter sand papering to give final matter finish the surface complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Applying one coat of acrylic primer (spectrum or equivalentof supper quality ) on new concrete/ masonary/ plastred surface other and including preparing the surface by throughly brushing the surface free from mortor sand papering the surface smooth complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx12mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1: cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5mm.thick in flooring (300 x300mm. size)treads of steps laid on a bed of 12mm. thick cement mortar 1:3 (1: cement: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement.

White glazed tiles ( Wall tiles ) 6 mm thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1: cement : 3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel Handle with lock ,screws etc. of ISI marked as per Required at site complete in all respect.
