Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame all as specified and directed.

Repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ washbasin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height upto 3 story building, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horinzontal pipe embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damage portion of flooring, laying and matching of tiles in the existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. As per fwg instruction :- (a) Demolition of existing floor portion of area appx 0.25 Sqm (b) Replace existing tiles in case lakage through NT/FT. (c) The rate also include provision of new NT/FT. Removal of bushes, shurbs and vegetation by surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Chequred cement concrete coloured tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment of required colour laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor 75mm thick all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any positrion not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of reinforcement bars fully in the repair area and remove all loose scales and corrosion deposits using Dr. Fixit Rust Remover or equivalent and applying protective zinc primer using Forsroc Nitoprime Zincrich or Dr. Fixit Zinc primer or equivalent on bars of dry thickness 40 micron (wet thickness 130 micron) with approx coverage of 7.40 Sqm/litre before concreting all as specified and directed. Note:- THe cleaning of the reinforcement bars shall be done such that no rust shall be present after cleaning.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of new TMT bars of any dia suitable at site by welding or inserting by drilling hole and embeded in epoxy grout bounding agent of Hilti or equivalent for all existing reinforcement repair works in any position wherever necessary complete all as specified and directed. Note:- THe lap provided shall be minimum 15cm on either side of bar which has lost its sectional area.

Demolition of Brickwork, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china squatting pan ,Orissa pattern of size 630 x 450mm (white coloured) with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe)including connection to trap and flushing pipe, anti- syphonage pipe ,etc. complete including making good to floor and fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm all as specified and directed.

Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets as in repair comnplete all as specified and directed.

Steel window handles left/ right with nuts and bolts or with screws including welding/ fixing with nuts, including taking existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning, threading for refixing or removal from site for 15mm bore pipe all as specified and directed

15mm bore steel tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tanks exceeding 500 Ltr capacity and not exceeding 1000 Ltr capacity from existing position and removing to store all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 Ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers hoisted and fixed in position including 15mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, dismantling existing tank and removing from site all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable hinges from steel windows and fixing new box type hinges by welding, making easy opening and closing including painting and refixing window in same opening and making good to existing surface all as specified and directed.
