Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and beyond the first 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixed in repair aluminium conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) size as required at site(singe or mutiple run as directed) for LT lines on existing LT steel tubular poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling cross arms MS Channel or angle section etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including bolts, nuts & washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts, in any shape or size, as directed and inclusive of painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling HT/LT insulator any type any size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Polymer Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green,suitable for 1100 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Shackle type insulator porcelain, vitreous white brown insulator incl galvanised mild steel straps, washers insulator, bolts, washers and nuts of size 100 mm height, 115mm dia, section of strap 31 x 3 mm, dia of bolts 12 mm working pressure 1100 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Polymer Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green Insulator incl one mild steel spindle, two iron washerrs,and iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L of unbinding of the ACSR conductor form insulator on pole Pruning, tree branches 2 mtr all arround conductor and , restringing ACSR conductor, tightening of LT /HT OH Line, binding to the insulators using required size of aluminium binding wire complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge of 2 to 6 conductors.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT overhead line polypropylene composite 3/4 line separators molded or bolted type phase to phase distance 600 mm, width 25mm, thickness 12 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of old steel pole / struts any type and size including demolition of concrete, foundation, necessary excavation and earth work and transportation etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and errect in replacement of Steel Tubular Swaged Pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP - 31, 9.0 Mtrs long all including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide and two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of bottom portion up to 1.8 Mtr length complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and laying in replacement of GI pipe, 80mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at pole/road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etccomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. NOTE : Volume of poles / strut/pipe s embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Preparation of surface of steel tubuler HT/LT poles all including nubers of cross arms, channels, clamps, street light brackets and GI protection pipes etc which are fitted on pole, by scrapping, applying two coats of aluminium paint and marking pole Nos on each pole with red and black colour radium paint alternate strips, 15 cm in width of each strip upto 1 m from bottom of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Disconnecting the all connection in existing panel board complete and re-fixing the same after replacing the burnt lugs/thimbles complete including replacement of the unservicable MCCBs, Contactors, over load relay, bus bar, indicator lamps etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective.

Supply and fixed in replacement of MCCB 250 Amps 25 KA, 4 Pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of MCCB 100 Amps 25 KA, 3 Pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of MCCB 63 Amps 25 KA, 3 Pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs Voltmeter 0-500 volt square type complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repairs ammeter 0-100 amps square type complete with necessary fixing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixed in replacemen change over Off Load 100 Amps 4 pole, 415 V housed in sheet metal enclosure including, replacement of incoming and outgoing cable connections with aluminium conductor cable, lugs, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Aluminium Thimble of size 10/16/35/50/70/95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Aluminium Thimble of size 120/150/185/240/300 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling and Taking down LT U/S panels incl all outgoing and incoming connections and making good the disturbed area from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Busbar chambers with 4 aluminium busbar strip of rating 200 Amp 6 way fixed on angle iron of size 40mm x40mm x5mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cable jointing kit for LT UG cable with 1100 volts straight through joints kit epoxy type of size 70 to 120 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cable jointing kit for LT UG cable with 1100 volts straight through joints kit epoxy type of size 150 to 185 sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to doors, replacement of unserviceable hinges and all drop bolt complete and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved color internally and externally all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable of any size/ make/ type etc from excavated trenches/ on poles/ passing through pipes etc from different locations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Laying & connecting only XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (Note : Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for laying.)

All as per ser item No.37 here-in-before but cable size 25 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. Note:-Cable will be issued under schdule 'B' free for laying.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade lay in trenches, ducts, along pole cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade lay in trenches, ducts, along pole cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade lay in trenches, ducts, along pole cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Taking up old unserviceable / serviceable un reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (Note : serviceable reinforce concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable reinforce concrete PCC cable cover thrown in low lying areas.)

Laying only old un reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from above serial No.44 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

PVC weather proof, hinged door, junction box with 10A Aluminium bus bar, 240V, Neutral link and 1No MCB SP of 6 Amps, necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps, nut, bolts, etc including dismantling old unservieable junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm ( incl upto 7.5 mtr) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion with charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (1991) , all excavation and earth work & connectiing the earthing to an earthing test point as specified and testing on complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 57,314.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
