Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete 1:1:2: 4 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand ( zone-iii): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) 40 mm thick.

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 12.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand ) (Derived Rate) (7.40-7.39)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 12.5 in super structure above plinth level up to floor four level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor four level , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1 :1.5:3 ( 1 Cement coarse sand (zone-111) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

15 mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix. Cement mortar 1:6( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

12mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 on the brick wall 1:6 ( 1cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying of base course of floors consisting of 100 mm thick cement 1 :8 :16 and 100 mm sand or stone filling Re-compacting excavated soil in plinth under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size not less than 300 x 450mm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality @ 17 kg per 10 sqm impregnated with a coat of coarse sand at 60 cudm per 10 sqm, including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kwrosene oil complete with residual type petroleum bitumen of grade VG- IO.

10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tiles bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2 % of integral water proofing compound by Weight of cement and finished neat : with common burnt clay non-modular brick tile of class sqm designation 12.50.

Providing & fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC Rain Water pipe conforming to IS : 13592b Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single sockted pipes. 110mm diameter.

Providing & fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Unplasticised Rigid Rain Water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. pipes. Bend 87.5 degree 110 mm bend.

Wall painting on a cement plaster surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand ) as per standard design :in 75x75 mm deep chase.

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 mx 1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making finishing the outlet complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing angle iron frames for door, windows and ventilators of mild steel Angle sections of sizes35x35x5 mm, joints mitred and welded by angle iron 35x35x5 mm or 35x5 mm flat pieces to the existing T-iron frame or to the wall with dash fastener, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc.complete. Size of Tile 500x500 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS:2202 (Part 1) non – decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both face of shutter 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and laying of conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement conc. Topping 1:2:4

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade.

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc.
