Providing and fixing gang saw cut thick mirror polished (Pre moulded & Pre polished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement ,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including edge moulding, rubbing, granite polishing to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 16 mm thick

Providing and laying Double Charged vitrified floor tile of size 600x600mm (8-10mm thick) approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 of any shade and colour as approved by the Engineer Incharge, joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including finishing etc. complete.

Removing dry or OBD or water proofing cement paint etc by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade including applying priming coat with cement primer

P &F 19 mm thick waterproof ply of approved make (Green/Century) incl. cost of nail,fevicol,wastage etc. complete, applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

P & F sunmica 1 mm thick of approved quality/Make (Formica/Green/Bloom) incl. cost of nail, fevicol, wastage etc. complete

Supply & Fixing of 20 mm thick beading/margin including cost of nails, fevicol etc. complete.
