M&L for Providing waterproofing treatment as specified below and at any height of roof, parapet wall, facia and Chajja surface including removal of PVC watertank, plumbing line during waterproofing making good if any holes and refixing the same as directed by Accepting officer and Engineer-in-charge complete- 1) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement concrete) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 with adding WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and removing rubbish, etc outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2) Supply and Application of 5 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet min. 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric water proofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP+Cement mixture as water proofing coat having +450% Elongation.

The surface is then to be tested for water tightness with ponding test for min. 2 days and then top-coated with 2 Coats of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal,anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS17218:2019 with Pulloff Adhesion 2.8Mpa, passes 2500hrs accelerated durability test, SRI 102 and other tests as specified, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25SQM/Ltr/2Coats, DFT120+/-20 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The generic product should be GRIHA certified and tested at NABL Approved lab. The application is to be done by company approved applicator only over top surface of RCC slab, parapet wall, facia and Chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ready mix plaster 10mm thick on faces of bricks or concrete surface including necessary scaffolding upto 18m height, including preparation of wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for Ready mix plaster 15mm thick on bricks or concrete surface including dubbing coat to match with existing with necessary scaffolding upto 18m height including preparation of wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for 5 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech. Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is the minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for provision of dubbing of the surfaces with the ready mix plaster and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

M& L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepration of old plaster/concrete surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls with one coat of primer ( chalk white on plastered surfaces) and including 3mm thick putty applying complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepration of newly plaster/concrete surface of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls with one coat of primer ( chalk white on plastered surfaces) and including 3mm thick putty applying complete all as specified and directed
