Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessaryincluding racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weightnot less than 12.5kg/sqm)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paintand the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfacesmooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wallsurface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with verticalchannels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mmsize, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm diasteel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers,handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene waterstorage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflowpipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floatingcoat of neat cement. 12 mm cement plaster

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
