Design, manufacture supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Type tested Assembly(TTA) LT Panel indoor type, made of 2 mm thick sheet steel for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates, totally enclosed, IP 42, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, outdoor, compartmentalised, including cleaning & finishing complete with powder coating, suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415v, 50 Hz AC system with high conductivity Four Pole Aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/SMC busbars supports at required intervals, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor, cable alley, cable gland plates in two half, and base frame of suitable size including providing and installation of following items and as per technical specification:

(Ics=Icu) along with Direct Rotary handle and spreader link. (ii) 02 Nos. MCCB, 250A, 35 kA, Four Pole , with thermal magnetic release having adjustable over Current, adjustable Short Circuit Fault Protection. (Ics=Icu) along with Direct Rotary handle and spreader link. Note: Incoming Breaker shall be electrically and mechanically interlocked with suitable accessories & all breaking capacity shall be Icu = Ics as per specifications

Design, manufacture supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Out Door Type Double Door LT Feeder Pillar, made of 2 mm thick sheet steel for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates, totally enclosed, IP 54, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, outdoor, including cleaning & finishing complete with powder coating, suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415V, 50 Hz AC system with high conductivity TPN Aluminium bus bars of suitable capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/SMC busbars supports at required intervals, panel shall have a copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor, cable alley, cable gland plates in two half, and supply & fixing of angle iron stand made out of 50x50x6 mm of suitable size, supply & installation of following items and as per technical specification:

Providing and fixing of 125 Amp, 4 Pole, Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in sheet steel enclosure and terminal spreaders including cable end box on both sides (height of each end box shall be 300mm), making connections, etc. as required. Make : Havells, Cat. No. IHYTCDE125 or equivalent as per approved make list.

Supply of following sizes of 1.1kv grade multicore XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable (as per IS : 7098:1988 with upto date amendments) complete as requried as per specifications.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.
