Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for taking out / for laying under ground pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling,watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cms in hard/dense soil

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings),with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of pipes Note: Necessay Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, to cross water pipeline of 200 mm dia in any length including jointing materials and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed including making good of disturbed surfaces. .NOTE: Pipe will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

S&F ductile iron pressure pipes, class K9, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends as per following conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes with outside zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length as required at site confiming to IS 8329/2000 and all jointing materials and making good for disturbed surfaces of roads, path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for the route of pipe line complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes: Notes: (a) Rates are inclusive of Lead Joints / D-Joints and all other fittings as required during laying of pipes. (b) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of any damages to the existing structures, Under Ground HT/LT/OFC Cables etc during the course of execution. (c) Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (d) Special required shall be measured separately.

Supply and fix DI sluice valve wheel head, rating PN 1.6, Steel spindle, bolts and nuts, rubber or fiber board gaskets, including taking out old unserviceable CI Sluice valve from existing position by opening the nuts, bolts, jointing rings etc., complete all as specified and as directed by for the following sizes:-

Taking up or down GI/PPR water tubing and connections of pipe and fittings including segregating of serviceable pipe and fittings removing the un-serviceable pipe and fittings from site of work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and laying GI tubing medium grade ISI marked with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors incl. making good of disturbed surfaces and passing through PCC wall for Kitchen complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :-

S&F in repairs for Bib taps PTMT of size 15 mm dia bore , screwed down to iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed including taking down existing old bib tap of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CI foot valve, flanged type , PN 0.2, Confirming to IS-4038, made of cast iron, heavy duty with bolts, nuts, rubber / leather washer complete including taking out the unserviceable foot valve from the existing position by opening the nuts, bolts, jointing rings etc.of following size, complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fix in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed and seating on iron pipe line and fixed properly of following sizes including taking out unserviceable gun metal gate / ball valve complete all as specified and as directed :-

Supply and fix, in repairs, MS specials fitting upto 150 mm dia for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc.) tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot or all flanged or flanged and other socket or spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc .as per IS complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting of DI/CI/GI pipes 100 mm dia bore in position for insertion of new Tees, branches, Tail pieces and sluice valve etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
