S&F 10mm thick plaster of paris false ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to sunk or raised moulding surface over and including GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre reinforced with G.I. wire mesh and Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered surface on ceiling of any description and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over and including a coat of primer and 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store complete all as specified and directed

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and directed

Hanging only ceiling fan (M.D. supply) and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in replacement of Sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two runs of single core PVC insulated cable FRLS with Multi Strand copper conductor of size 6 Sq. mm and drawing into PVC casing and capping including one run of PVC insulated 6 sqmm stranded copper conductor earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for unscrewing of switch boards any type by disconnecting electric supply and refixing after wall panelling false ceiling with suitable screws/bolts/nuts complete all as specified and directed. Note - The rate includes necessary conduit/casing caping and all necessary items.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 2,750.00.
