Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty LT under ground electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. Note :- Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks (As Per IS-13757(1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks), (old size bricks) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection and complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Boring of holes under road,pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Taking down old U/S galvanized iron tubing, 40-80mm bore light grade laid in trenches/under road/drains, or fixed in poles/walls.

M&L galvanized iron tubing, 50mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/ drains or fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mm x 3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 15.00 here-in-before but 80mm bore.

S&F steel tubular swaged pole 9 meter long type 410 SP-31 with & including two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30 cm each upto 1.20 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer to remaining portion of pole and marking pole number and including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable pre-stressed concrete pole 09 metre long all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork, PCC in foundation & coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in repair stay assembly complete with accessories as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-I with 16 mm dia 1.80 mm long stay rod, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick stay plate complete all as specified including taking out old unserviceable stay assembly complete. Note :- Loop insulator, clamp, stay wire, PCC and excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in repair galvanized steel stranded stay wire of size 7/3.15mm or 7/4mm for stay assembly.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in coping /pedestal of poles.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of stay assembly & poles and similar works complete all as specified. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in mass concrete for pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping concrete for pole all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts in any shape or size etc, complete, all as specified with and including dismatling & taking down old unserviceable cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts. Note :- Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed.

S&F aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia and stretching complete on LT poles all as specified and as directed with and including dismatling & taking down old unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) from overhead lines on LT poles of any size. (Notes :-(i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

S&F in repair LT line polyproplene composite phase separators (bolted Type) for 2 wire conforming to IS 1445 all as directed and specified.

Restraining/tightening of existing LT over head ACSR conductor of any size upto permissible sag in between existing span including GI earth wire, clamps, cradles etc. including new 2mm dia aluminium binding wire complete all as specified. Note :- The length of each conductor shall be measured & paid for. The rate quoted shall be for one conductor.

M&L cutting/trimming the tree branches 3 mtr adjacent to the LT OH lines/street light feeder on both sides and removing the the same to out side and disposing same complete all as direcetd(per span distance 30-40 mtrs)

Surface dressing n.exc. 15cm deep in soft/loose soil, leveling the uneven surfaces and removing all vegetation hedges shrubs at any Sub Stns/MRS/E&M installations to give even and neat look complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to PCC LT pole 9 metre long of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black and yellow strips 30cm each upto 1.2 metre height from top of PCC coping /pedestal and applying two coats of aluminium paint over cross arms, brackets, bracings, clamps, hooks etc and marking pole numbers including preparation of old surfaces for painting complete all as specified.
