E/W in flood embankment, canal banks as well as special repair of embankment in canal bank in grade A&B types of soil (vide soil -A and B) in propper profile excavation by hydraulic m/c and carriage by tipper truck obtained from borrow area or any other sources tree from logs, roots, or any other ingredients with all lifts including breaking clods to maximum 60mm size ,placing earth in layers not exceeding 225 mm thick all complete as per specification & direction of E/I.( As per TEC letter No.587 dated 22.09.06) Lead beyond 1/2 km but upto 1 km.

By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.
