Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated) steet in roof coverings of any pattern and size complete all as spd and directed.

M & L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling of framed timber scantling 40 sq. cm and over in section of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as spd.

Excavating in post post holes (or similar holes) in each n.ex 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

M&L in cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate)as in post hole, foundation filling in mass concrete complete all as spd and directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular or angle iron trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

S & F Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) rolled mild steel angle in roof trusses, posts etc , purlins, crane gantries rails etc

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor & paving including finishes not exc 15 cm thick( above or below GL complete all as directed)

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, leveling course or filling in foundation in mass concrete complete all as spd and directed by EIC

M&L cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd.

Dismantling of bricks or PCC block or brick tiles (laid flat or on edge ) in floors or paving of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as spd .

S & F machine pressed mix pattern precast concrete M-35 grade interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm tickness complete all as spd and directed by EIC.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation or in sand cussioning includig spreading levelling in layer n. exc 25 cm thick in each layer ,watering and consolidation complete all as spd.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges including necssary form work complete all as spd and directed by EIC

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) , 75 mm thick finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including bitumen/mast filling in the joint complete

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position complete .

M&L for brick work using sub class 'B' brick old size in cm (1:4) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 mtr mean radius , including removing mortar , wire brushing and cleaning to old brick for re-use complete all as specified, but except brick.

Taking down cement plaster, any description from brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, inclu taking down roots of trees complete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : rate to be quoted by bidder inclusive WPC)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as spd
