(b) Brushing cement slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per square meter duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c) 15mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WP compound on sunken surface including walls. The corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adequate slope shall be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (d) Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm (e) M&L for PCC 1:7:12 for fillin of sunken portion after conceling all membrane and sealing all joints to the entire with broken bats and light weight, floor area of WC/Bath not exceedding 1.5 sqm and provide hole in the wall and fix 600 mm long 20 mm dia GI spouts light grade, PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) filling complete all as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish n exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compount will be measured & paid seperatly.

Supply only water proofing compound complete, ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work including teak wood lipping all around of 18/19mm thick including french polishing for inbuilt cupboard shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations fixed with screws to timber frame work/ with aluminum angle cleat all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone flooring, 20-25 mm thick (size of kota stone slab 22"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 70 here-in-before but 18 to 20 mm thick Kota stone on vertical surfaces such as in skiting /dado of size as required at site over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick, machine cut Kota stone slabs as in treads to steps of stair case laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including, rounding and moulding edges, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 72 here in before but as in risers to steps and staircase skirting over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 to 25mm thick prepolished granite stone slab of approved shade and colour Jet Black / Telephone Black as in table top, top of WHB, kitchen slab/platform, steps, gate pillars, cills etc or on vertical surfaces including vertical projection, including full round moulding the edge, laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointing, pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite and rubbing polish to achieve mirror finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick laid over and including cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (plain or printed), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm, shade as approved by GE, as on vertical surfaces like dado, skirting etc laid over and including 8 to 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, shade as approved by GE, as in floors etc., laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles,10mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile n exc 0.36 sqm, shade as approved by GE as in floor etc laid over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 80 but on vertical surfaces such as dado / skirting, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L in patches, coloured ceramic tiles ,10mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, shade as approved by GE in floor etc laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles all as specified and as directed.
