M&L for point wiring in replacement with 1.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 drawn through in and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25mm dia medium grade for concealed and casing & caping for surface wiring incl conduit accessories concealed/surface in walls, floors except in roofs duly chases cutting groove by chiselling/mechanically as required and making good the dusturbed surfaces to match with existing surface including GI modular boxes flushed in walls covered with modular white cover plate and frames of required size fixed with cadmium plated iron screws incl modular switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling roses etc and including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, single core, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade as earth contuinity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for one light point, ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one- way switch.

All as per item No 1 but for twin control light point in replacement with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in concealed/surface medium class PVC conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All accessories shall be include in quoted rate.

M&L for circuit/ submain wiring in replacement with 2 run of 1.5 sq. mm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-1554 Part-I drawn through in and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25mm dia medium grade for concealed and and casing & caping for surface wiring incl conduit accessories concealed in walls, floors except in roofs duly chases cutting groove by chiselling/mechanically as required and making good he dusturbed surfaces to match with existing surface including 1 run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, single core, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade as earth contuinity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly including takin down of old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) 2 run of 1.5 sqmm copper conductor and 1 run of 1.5 sqmm copper conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. For Item No 4,6 and 23 to 27:- (ii) Electric wiring tests to be carried out in accordance with regulation 1103 & 1104 of regulation for the Electrical equipment of buildings (I E E regulations ,Eleventh edition and as per IE rules 2003 in given format in Annexure I. If resistance of wiring will not meet critaria of IEE regulation contractor will be responsible for that and change in wiring will be executed without extra cost.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box in repalcement with modular plate/boxes flushed in walls covered with modular white cover plates and frames of required size fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for mounting of 5/6A modular switches, 3 pin 5/6A modular socket outlet, regulators and cover in front on surface or in recess, including all connections as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- 2 run of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supplying and fixing in replacement suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, incl providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6A & 15/16A modular socket outlet and 15/16A modular switch connections as required

Supply & fixing in replacement modular switch 5/6 Amps 1 module complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement modular 2 way switch 5/6 Amps 1 module complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
