Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, vertical stiffener, side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).
Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)
Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c, etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).
Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 12.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Stucco plastering 12mm thick using blue granite chips of size 10mm and below over a base plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick, etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Structural steel work - Fabrication works - with paint Providing, fabricating, assembling, hoisting, erecting and fixing in position structural steel work at all heights/ all levels/ any shapes & sizes with all leads & lifts using any type of MS section like rolled steel sections, hollow sections, plates, chequered plates, bar, sheet, rod, threaded bolt, railing etc. all confirming to latest relevant IS codes for the metal elements i.e. window grill, transom bar, bright bar in wooden door - window frame, railings, gates, grills, bracings, bollard, delinator, foundation plate & bolt, support at truss system, truss, purlin, rafter ,cleat, platforms, brackets, fencing pole, signage pole, service elements, Jali, clamp, logo etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, embosing, bolting and welding, eatching (if required) the members all as per structural drawings and as per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship) including profile cutting, smooth grinding, machining of edges/ faces, necessary welding (electric arc welding) for required weld lengths and sizes, machine drilling of holes for joining/ anchoring/bolting, necessary arrangements of templates to keep the foundation bolts in position dry sanding, degreasing (wet cleaning) & preparation of rust-free surface manually or mechanically, metal putty to make the surface even and smooth, necessary scaffolding/ staging, anchor fasteners,extra for bending elements for fixing etc complete. In case of TMT bars/MS bars of any dia is required to fixed with MS fabricated structure by any means for astheticall purpose to match the design intent, it shall be included in this item & its weight shall be considered for payment purpose without considering any wastage.
Stainless steel (304 grade) - Fabrication works Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, hand rail, recessed manhole cover, Q-manager, gratings, framing for any elements, bollards, tree strips, tree pit cover, guard bars, ladders, brackets, corner guards, skirtings, kick plates, manhole covers, floor raceway covers, thresholds, and similar works made of hollow tubes, channels, angles, flats, plates, etc. This includes welding, bending, grinding, buffing, polishing, and forming curvature where required. The installation shall include necessary stainless-steel nuts and bolts, complete, with all necessary accessories, SS 304 -grade dash fasteners,welding by any means and adhesive of an approved make, with stainless steel bolts of the required size. These elements will be fixed on the top of the floor or the side of the waist slab with suitable arrangements as per the approval of the Engineer-in-Charge, applicable to all floors, heights, and levels. The Contractor shall submit shop drawings based on the intent drawings for all structural elements, along with design calculations to ensure the stability of the elements. Approval of the shop drawings must be obtained before the execution of work. This item excludes SS modular railing systems. The weight (by theoretical means) of SS members/structure/element shall be considered for payment without considering wastage, fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.
Clearing Light Jungle
Sub grade preparation and consolidation Preparation, consolidation and compacting of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an required depth, dressing to camber, consolidating and compacting with road roller or by any other means as directed by the engineer incharge including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with all lead and lift.
GSB Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing close graded Material conforming to required grade with required size of aggregate (respective as per grade) having CBR Value as per respective grade specifications/crusher run, mixing in a mechanical mix/mix in place method plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tipper to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per latest MoRTH clause 401 and as directed by Engineer in charge.
WMM Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as peras per latest MoRTH clause 406 and directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Prime Coat Providing and applying prime coat with cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to ASTM GRADE ( Procured from State/ Central Public sector undertakings only) on prepared surface of wet mix macadam including clearing of GSB/Wet mix macadam surface with air compressor to remove all loose material other foreign material. The primer shall be sprayed uniformly at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm. It shall be applied by a self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer, equipped for spraying the material uniformly at a specified rate. No dilution or heating at site of SS1 bitumen emulsion shall be permitted.
DBM Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing, Carting and laying of dense bituminous macadam with batch type HMP producing an average output of 30 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade ( Procured from State/ Central Public sector undertakings only) @ min 4.5% by weight of total mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a self-propelled paving machine equipped with an electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with 8-10 tonne static weight or vibratory roller or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight to achieve the desired compaction as per approved design mix for required Grading including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of latest MORTH.
Tack Coat Providing & applying Tack coat with VG-30 Grade bitumen (Procured from State/ Central Public sector undertakings only) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20-0.30 kg/sqm on the existing bituminous surface cleaned with Air Compressor etc complete including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of latest MoRT& H Specifications.
Bituminous Concrete Bituminous Concrete (Providing, Carting and laying of bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 30 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ min. 5.2 % of mix, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a self-propelled paving machine equipped with an electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with 8-10 tonne static weight or vibratory roller or with a pneumatic tyre roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight to achieve the desired compaction as per approved design mix. for required Grading including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of latest MORTH.
Granite - 50 mm thick - external flooring: Providing and laying 50mm thick granite stone flooring of required size, shape, of an approved type, shade and finish —such as polished, river washed, flamed, leather, linen, sandblasted, or similar—in any uniform shade, any size for pavements, driveways, plazas, drop off points, stair treads, coping, etc. with even thickness at the exposed edges, over 40 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand), sides covered with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand), including without grooves(fit joint) or with grooves including cutting grooves of minimum 5mm size, pointing, finishing and filling the grooves with cement mortar and matching pigment as per the approved sample, including curing and cleaning with a wire brush to remove excess cement on the sides of the stones, up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charges etc., as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. No mortar is to be visible on the surface. Exposed edges of the stones shall have rounded corners in even thickness and finished the same as the stone finish, as per the drawings and as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The loose sample of granite and laid mockup shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before mass execution. The architect and the Engineer-in-charge reserves the right to reject part or all of the work if it is substandard not as per the approved sample or per mock-up. The area of laid granite flooring shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage. In case of groove filling required by epoxy grout, It shall be paid in relevant tender item, However, Cementetitious grout filling is including in this item.
Solid Granite work - Kerb/Bollard /Bench/Light pole etc similar work Providing and fixing in position machine cut solid stone work made out of best quality granite stone in various type of stone elements (factory made if instructed by the Engineer in charge) i.e. kerbs, copings, solid steps, solid seating, bench, light fixtures, light pole, light bollard, any type of pole, solid bollards, gate column, dustbin base, SFP base, water spout, water spout cover, stone envelope for water fountain, Dustbin, stone envelope for any element or other similar elements in required size, shape, finish, texture and thickness as per design intent/drawing. The exposed surface of stone shall be with desired finish as per drawing. Stone shall be with chamfered, rounded, moulded at edge surface as per drawing (if required). Carving work shall be done for motif/ carving up to 50mm depth on any type of natural stone surface in any type of stone elements by manual or with CNC/ water jet machine / by any means as per drawing/ design. Any type of stone elements shall be laid over a minimum 15mm to 20mm thick base Cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) (as per requirement) and fixed with stone dowels, SS 316 anchor fastener, cramps and pins, any type of proprietary mechanical fixing system as approved, stone fixing adhesive/ epoxy of approved make as per requirement including pointing with resin based cementitious grout of matching shade/ cement mortar 1:2 (1 white/grey cement : 2 stone dust of same stone) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. Contractor shall make provision for fixing metal chain in bollard between two bollard as per design intent. Stability of the stone elements shall be responsibility of the contractor. No mortar is to be visible on the surface of surrounding flooring/elements/stone works. Sample and mock-up shall be approved before execution.
Granite Cobble Stone -100x100x75 mm Thick - Providing and laying 100x100x75 mm thick machine cut (box cut) granite cobble stone (in any pattern with any shade granite) of any finish, i.e Riverwash /Flamed Finish for flooring, pavement, etc in required design and patterns as per the drawings, laid over average 40 mm thick (average) cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) bedding. The joints between cobble stones shall be filled and flush pointed with 10 mm wide cementition grout of approved make as per manufacture specification, pre-pigmented to match the required shade as per design intent and as per approved sample and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Sample and mockup shall be approved by Engineer in charge before mass production. Rate shall be inclusive of granite cobble stone (as per approved sample), fixed with cement mortar bedding, cement slurry, matching pigment, Cementition grout, all labour, pointing, curing, rubbing, finishing and cleaning up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charges. The area of laid granite cobble flooring shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.
Granite hand cut Cobble Stone - Approx. 75mm thick - Textured Finish Providing and laying approx. 100 mm thick hand cut granite cobble stone of any finished i.e. hand punched, chisel dressed on top, etc or similar finish in any shade (uniform), any shape of size as per design and drawing (approx. 100mm x 100mm) for flooring, pavement, etc in required design and patterns as per the drawings, laid over average 40 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) bedding, with joints, pointing and finishing and filling the grooves of size 5 to 10 mm with Cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) and matching pigment, including curing and cleaning with wire brush to remove excess cement on the sides of stone up to the satisfaction of the Architect and Engineer-in-charges etc. complete. No mortar is to be visible on the surface. Sample shall be approved before execution. Rate shall be inclusive of cobble stone (as per approved sample), fixed with cement mortar bedding, cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour etc complete.

The laid paver block shall be mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in line and level. The paver block shall be cut by mechanical means only, if required. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be re-laid if necessary. The actual laid area shall be measured for payment without any wastage. The Sample and mock-up shall be approved before execution. damaged block shall not be used in laying. Sample and mock shall not be payable if rejected.

Grass/grid paver blocks: Providing and laying precast reinforced concrete grass paver blocks of any size, any shape, any shade, or any pattern, with a minimum thickness of 80 mm and a minimum M-20 grade, from an approved make with a sand blasted finish. The grass paver blocks shall be laid over a 50 to 80 mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand, with grading as required, and a Geotextile membrane of minimum 120 GSM. The laid paver blocks shall be mechanically compacted, and cutting of the paver blocks shall be done by machine only. Gaps between the grass/grid pavers shall be filled with an average 50 mm thick mixture of garden soil, manure, and sludge for lawn plantation. This also includes supplying and planting specified carpet lawn as required and per the specification. The rate shall include the cost of the grass pavers, sand bedding, and geotextile membrane, but shall exclude the cost of the lawn and the mixture of garden soil, farmyard manure, and sludge, which shall be paid under relevant Tender items. Damaged blocks shall not be used. Samples and mock-ups shall be prepared as suggested by the Architect and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. These shall not be payable if rejected. The actual laid area shall be measured for payment without allowance for wastage.
Geocell: Providing and laying Geocell of an approved make, having a nominal sheet thickness of 1.6mm, minimum polymer density of 0.93 g/cm3, environmental stress crack resistance > 5000 Hours, with the required slope, as per the drawing, to prevent escape of the embankment material as well as to allow free movement of water without creating any uplift on the boulder. Cell perforation area shall be less than 12% of the cell surface area. The rate shall be inclusive of all lead and lift, for all heights and depths, all materials, tools, and labour to complete the job as per the satisafaction of and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Thickness of Geocell 120mm as per Drawing )
Pre-cast concrete kerb, Copping & Precast base for any element Providing & fixing Minimum M25 grade of customized, factory-made precast concrete exposed finish/ fair finish kerb, Copping & Precast base for any element as per design intent of approved make and as per sample approved of any sizes, any shape. precast element shall have chamfered type/ pencil corner edges. precast element shall be fixed on the base PCC/other existing element with cement mortar 1:2 including flush pointing in CM (1:2) for all joints of the kerbstones, curing, etc. complete. The rate shall also include erecting and fixing in position all varieties/ shapes of kerbs (i.e. radius kerbs, corner kerb, quadrant kerbs, drain out kerb, flat kerb, parking edge kerb, ramp kerb etc)/copping/precast base as per drawing. Precast kerb shall be protected with good quality plastic sheet for protection against bituminous/ concrete work. The rate shall include the joining, curing, finishing, protection etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge. Actual installed precast element volume shall be measured in payment. Sample and Mock-up shall be carried out as suggested by the Architect and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The loose sample of kerb and laid mockup shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before mass execution. Architect reserves right to reject part or all work of sub standard or not in confirmation to approved sample as per mock up. Sample and mock shall not be payable if rejected. The actual laid volume shall be measured for payment without any wastage. Base PCC, excavation (if required) and other required civil work shall be paid in relevant items. damaged block shall not be used in laying.
Granite drain/ catch basin cover Providing and fixing 100mm thick Granite stone (machine cut Granite of required size, shape, finish and specified shade) with holes/ perforation/ slit of required size, shape, design made with CNC/ water jet machine for drain channel, catch basin cover, tree grating as per design intent/drawing. Stone shall be directly placed on service trench, catch pit, etc with metal framing as per drawing and as directed by engineer in charge. The loose sample and laid mockup shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before mass execution. The Architect and the Engineer-in-charge reserves the right to reject part or all of the work if it is substandard not as per the approved sample or per mock-up. Metal work shall be paid in relevant agreement items. The area of laid drain cover shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.
MS Cylindrical Bollard Providing and placing in position MS Bollard of any size, any shape, in required thickness as per drawing (factory made). Bollard shall be made of MS section with base plate and bolts. Bollard shall be finished with two or more coats of PU paint (min 60 DFT) of approved make and shade over two coat of anti-corrosive epoxy base primer, as per manufacturer's specification. Retro reflective strips of approved make shall be fixed on bollard after painting work as per drawing. Bollard shall be fixed on concrete base with required anchor fastener, bolts, other accessories etc with required civil work. Rate shall be inclusive of all material (MS work, PU paint, reflective tape, fastener, accessories etc) but excluding the cost of required civil work (i.e. excavation, filling, concrete base etc) as suggested by Engineer in charge.
Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) or graphic/ letter/ arrows etc of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on concrete/ tar road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Rate shall be inclusive of all material, loading, transportation, unloading, tools, tackles, scaffolding, lifting accessories, machineries, installation in proper line, level and gradient, for all level work, for all height/ depth, complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. Contractor shall provide sample of trench with cover as suggested by engineer incharge for review and get approval from Engineer in charge before mass production/ execution. Architect reserves right to reject part or all work of sub standard or not in confirmation to approved sample as per mock up. Contactor shall make connection with existing manhole and integration with services. Design and execution of required structural subbase details for all precast elements is part of contractors scope. Excavation, base preparation work shall be paid in relavent tender items. Actual installed length of trench with cover shall be measured for payment.

Work shall be carried out as per approved sample/ mock-up. Actual applied area shall be measured for payment. by applying this paint, the surrounding element shall not be affected.
Epoxy-acrylic resin cycle track Providing and laying a minimum of 2 coats of two-component water-based rapid-drying epoxy-acrylic resin with solvent-free, two-component epoxy primer in water dispersion approved, make, shade, finish, for cycle track, cycle symbol, arrow, letter, or any other graphic of required size on any type of road, cycle track , pedestrian crossing, stop Line, taxi track, cycle track with minimum consumption of 0.15kg/sqm, and first coat should be acrylic epoxy with approx density 1.45 (g/cm³); and other technical parameters as per manufacturer's specification, for all heights/ all levels/ all shapes & sizes with all leads & lifts, on high pedestrian traffic, sports surfaces, and cycle lanes, both made of asphalt or concrete. The mechanical properties of the coating, shall be with its high resistance to chemical products like de-icing salts, oil, fuel etc. its application shall be made by any means as per manufacturers specifications. Mock up shall be prepared by contractor and got approved from architects prior to mass execution works.
