Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (1 Liquid: 2 Powder), to the RCC surface like bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 1.7kg/ m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having Elongation at break >50% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80 N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 1mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) as per BS EN 12390. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

Supplying and Filling the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 using limestone and sand 10 cu.m. (for Non-Structural works only) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mm size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS (Sliding door) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & Installing CURTAIN BLINDS with Sunscreen perforated Roller blind optima series Basket 125 Tex with fabric specification of (Fabric compositition polyster 22% and PVC78%, Openenss Factor-5%, Thickness -0.68MM +/-5%, weight per m2 -480 GSM, yarns count in wrap/ weft/cm 19/18+/-5%, Fire Resistance-FR(USA) KFI(Korea), Tear Resistance-wrap11.9 daN+/- 5%,WEFT 150 daN+/-5%,colour fastness-6-7/8 (white colour base), artificial llight xenon lamp, UV resistance Min3 (White colour base), width 2.5M & 3 M. The Roller mechanism shall be a moulded unit made from engineering grade plastic polymer with PVC spring support. The Fabric shall be attached to the roller tube with high quality self adhesive tape with manual operation. The fabric shall be attached to the tube with adhesive strip. It should have minimum one ton fabric which must be placed on the roller before the working section of fabric start Operational action shall be smooth including necessary hardware for fixing at all places & as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc complete. The rate is inclusive of laying, conveyane, all other Tools and Plants involved in the work charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officer (The materials quality, brand, colour, shade should Be approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with “P” or “S” trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing Refixing in position of CP Two way Bib cock with Health faucet with new one of Health faucet 15mm dia of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing in position of SS heavy duty Long body tap of approved quality make to IS Specification (Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing and refixing in position of CP Angle Cock Tap of approved quality make conforming to IS Specification (Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and quality including cost of shellac, thread etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting the walls with one coat of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting the wall two coats with approved Interior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
