Taking down old unserviceable point wiring, (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switch, ceiling rose, pendants, regulator, socket, etc., and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing including touch up of paint/white wash all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS multistrand copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour / CaPping casing as per site requirement with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories including 2.0 mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes (2 Coats of black paint over one coat of red oxide) with 3.0 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc incl1.5Sqmm FRLS multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete for the following:- (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch.

(c) One bell point controlled by one switch.

(d) One socket 5 Amps on same board.

(e) One socket 5 Amps on independent board.

All as per item No. 2 hereinbefore but with 2.5 Sqmm cable for 3 pin 15 Amps socket point controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing of surface mounting 20 W LED Tube light fitting nominal system lumen output of 2000 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lm/W. The luminaire shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70.The luminaire should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI>83. pre wired connection up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 2 core flexible cord of minimum size 1.0 Sqmm and white in colour. The luminaire shall meet IP20 rating with THD < 10% and PF > 0.95. The total power consumption should not exceed 20W (including driver) including taking down old unserviceable fittings any type including round block complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for sub main wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2x6.0 Sqmm drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories and 6.0 Sqmm FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire including taking out old wire complete as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and Labour for cutting chases for concealed conduit point wiring, sub main wiring and sinking’s for boxes but not exceeding 10 cm girth and making good to walls, floors with 1:3 cement mortar and apply white wash or distemper matching with existing colour as directed by Engr in Charge

Material and Labour for shifting of split ACs of capacity 1.5/2 Ton alongwith all accessories to new location and fixing, testing complete all as directed. Note :- Gas charging, if required shall be paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling old and providing new copper tubes of size 1/4 inch for suction line including rubber tube insulations of same size for fixing AC complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old and providing new copper tubes of size 1/2 inch for suction line including rubber tube insulations of same size for fixing AC complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old and providing new copper tubes of size 3/8 inch for suction line including rubber tube insulations of same size for fixing AC complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old and providing new copper tubes of size 5/8 inch for suction line including rubber tube insulations of same size for fixing AC complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable switch gears like MCCBs of any size and any description from the feeder pillar boxes -04Nos and replacement of the followings:- (a) Supply and Fixing of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) four pole 415 Volts of capacity 63Amps with thermal magnetic release with breaking capacity 16KA complete

(b) Supply and Fixing of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) four pole 415 Volts of capacity 100Amps with thermal magnetic release with breaking capacity 25KA complete Make –Legrand /L&T/Havel (Note: Makes for Item No 7(a) to (d) of MCCBs are as per site requirement)

Taking down the ceiling fans/Exhaust fans of any sweep carefully from its original position and re fixing the same after the carried out the repairs/rewinding and painting complete as directed by Engr in Charge

Dismantling motor of Ceiling fan and Exhaust fan of any sweep and over hauling complete by cleaning all dust/grease with kerosene or petrol, replacement of unserviceable bearings, bushes, split pins and nut and bolts and applying new grease for bearings, reassembling the motor and fixing the blades and testing complete as directed by Engr in Charge, (Note:Items required for repair such as Bearings, bushes will be measured and paid separately under respective items.)

Supply and Fixing of capacitor 2.5 MFD for Ceiling fan

Material and Labour for preparation old surfaces of C/ fan and Exhaust fan of any sweep and painting the with synthetic enameled paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and Labour for dismantling the motor of ceiling Fan 1200mm/1400mm Sweep by unscrewing, removing stator, rotor, bearings separately without damaging any parts, rewinding the same with fine quality of super enameled copper winding wire of suitable size & Capacity including, varnishing, drying etc, and refixing the stator and rotor perfectly to rotate smoothly and connection complete including taking out burned unserviceable copper winding wire all as directed.

All as per item No.35 above but Exhaust fans up to 380 mm sweep.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable thermostat and supply and fix thermostat suitable for existing window/ split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable starting capacitor and supply and fix starting capacitor 100/120 MFD suitable for window/ split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5TR complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable running capacitor and supply and fix running capacitor 36 MFD suitable for window/ split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable compressor and supply and fix sealed compressor including bracing the suction/ discharge line suitable for existing window/split type air conditioner of capacity 1.5TR and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Make: - Tecumesh/copland/Kirloskar.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable condenser and supply and fix condenser including bracing the suction/discharge line suitable for existing window/split air conditioner of capacity 1.5TR and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Make: - Opel/Accent/Skoda.

Material and Labour for filling up & charging of R - 22 refrigerant or type of gas as per site requirement for window/spilt type air conditioner of capacity 1.5TR, refrigerator and water cooler of capacity 80/40 litres after leak testing of complete system and making good by bracing complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the defective fan motor of window / split AC 1.5 TR and Supply and fix fan motor with blade including all connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable heating element of any description from geyser and supply and fix new heating element1500 watts in its original position and testing complete as directed by Engr in charge

Taking out unserviceable thermostat of any description from geyser and supply and fix new thermostat in its original position and testing complete as directed by Engr in charge

Comprises of extruded aluminium housing with pre-wired gear tray with LED’s & drive, heat resistant flat glass suitable gasketed for IP65 protection, high grade power coating and fitted with toughened glass with high power LED’s of 60watt and pipe mounting arrangement for end mounting on bracket made out of 50mm dia GI pipe light grade, 1.2m long bent to shape with two sets of clamps made out of flat iron 50 x 6mm, bolts, nuts and washers and applying two coats of aluminium paint over on coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer connecting electrically with PVC mulitistranded copper cable of suitable size complete including taking down existing 70/150 watt SV/MH lamp fittings all as specified and directed. Taking out the existing any type fittings on ceilings and S & F 36 Watt LED Luminaire suitable for 600x600mm modular ceiling grid including frame of suitable size of above LED light with high efficiency PMMA diffuser gives soft glare free light with available lumen output from 5000 total lumen. The 36 W system shall be operating at 220-240v AC supply having internal driver .IP20, surge protection 2KV, ambient temperature -20 to 45 degree C, frequency 50 to 60 Hz ,The system efficacy must be between80-100 lumen /watt ,with 70% lumen maintenance up to 50000 Br Hrs with uniform visually comfortable light output at 150 degree beam spread , CRI minimum 80.
