Internal Electrification

Supply and fix ceiling fan (with and including assembling the same) with existing fan hook/box, 1200 mm (48") sweep,5 star rating,BEE mark and connecitng up complete with and including three core copper conductor flexible cord of 0.5 sqmm cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to porcelain connector block of fan suitable on working AC, SP 230 V electric supply including electronic fan regulator stepped, flush type complete all as specified and directed. Cat No ES-50 of M/s Havells or equivalent model of makes as given in APPX 'C' as approved by GE.

S&F LED security light fitting, 20 Watt, 230 volts, energy savor luminaire with decorative end caps,maintenace free system and connecting with cable, including 1.5m long GI bracket made out of 40 mm dia.GI pipe, medium grade,bent to shape & fixed with MS clamps made out of 40x6 mm FI with nut bolts of suiable size with all accessories complete and all as specified & as directed. S&F LED batten mirror light fitting 1X10 Watt, 230 volts,energy savor indoor domestic plastic extruded luminarie with all accessories complete all as specified & as directed. Make- Cat No.LTDCO1210WLED/WD of C & S or equivalent modelof makes as given in APPX 'C' as approved by GE. .

S&F Lamp holder, PVC/polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fitting with & including LED lamp 9 watt, 230 volts complete all as specified & as directed. Make- Cat No CHANDRA/9W/W of C & S or equivalent modelof makes as given in APPX 'C' as approved by GE.

S&F blanking plate of PVC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exhaust fan, single phase, light weight,white/Ivory rust proof body & blades and self opening louvers, 250 mm sweep, including fixing of mounting frame in the round hole cuttng in the wall by means of ragged bolts, nuts and washers etc including three core copper conductor flexible cord of 0.5 sqmm cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to the porcelain connector block of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Cat No BRISK AIR of Crompton Greaves or equivalent model manufactured by Havells / Bajaj Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for making hole in the wall & making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces.

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level), connected to and including galvnised steel earthing lead wire 4 mm dia, by means of bolts, nuts & check nuts and washers etc; GI pipe 15 mm dia, medium grade pipe for protection of G.I earth lead wire, both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 metres, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I, other end connected to electrical main switch board (inside the bldg), GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors/plinths or fixed on walls or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate , including PCC 1: 2 : 4, type B-1, earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with G.I 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and M.S funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata & testing complete all as specified & as directed. .NOTE:-GI wire and GI pipe medium grade for encasing GI wire beyond 7.50m length per earthing if required at site shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M& L for 1X20 Watt flameproof LED tube light fixture luminaries complete suitable for illuminating hazardous area with gases or vapours with all accessories internally prewired complete all as specified and as directed. M& L for Single Phase Electronic Energy Meter in Polycarbonate body with counter type display in Class 1.0,50 Hz,240 Volts,AC suitable for 10-60 Amps wiyh Transparent hinge type box complete all as specified and as directed. Cat No SPPC1510000002OCOO of M/s HPL or equivalent model iof makes as given in APPX 'C' as approved by GE. .

External Water Supply

Supply and fix sluice valve, double flanged and drilled CI body, heavy duty, class PN-1.6, steel spindles, operating wheel conforming to IS- 14846 with and including nut, bolts, washers, rubber gaskets complete all as specified & directed with matching flange of the following:-

(a) 80 mm dia

Construction of fly ash brick masonry valve chamber of size 0.9m x0.9m x 0.9 mtr (internal dimension ) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone agrregates) 150mm thick,150mm wide offsets alround over 100mm thick hard core,230mm thick fly ash brick masonry built in CM 1:6, 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone agrregates ) coping finished even smooth,rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar(1:4),finished even and smooth with using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earthwork in hard /dense soil,3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 25mmx25mmx6mm thick Mild steel angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handles and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

External Electrification

M & L for boring holes under the road pavement of any type by trenchless technology using Ultra sound technology including provision of HDPE pipe of 150mm dia. complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply,install,test & commissioning of AC,3 Phase,50 HZ,200 KVA capacity transfomer,Step down,outdoor type,11000/433 Volts (at No Load),copper wound,oil immersed,naturally cooled with external cooling tubes,core type,delta connected on primary (HV) side & Star connected on secondary (LV) side & having tapping in equal vector symbol DYN-11 (vector ground -4) with neutral brought on secondary (LV) side & having tapping in equal steps of 2.5% from (+) 5% to (-) 7.5% on primary side by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear so as to change/correct LT voltage on secondary side including provision of all necessary standard fittings and comprising of the following :- (a) Primary HT Side having HT Porcelain bushing 3 No's with brass gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts, bolts & washers. (b) One cable box on secondary (LT) side consisting of 4 No's Porcelain bushings with gun metal nuts, bolts & washers with one No cable gland suitable for outgoing LT PVC Sheathed armoured cables of size 95 Sqmm,3 Core. (c) Oil consrvator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosive Vents. (f) Thermometer Pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia. dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer max.temp.indicator and resetting device.

Design, supply, install, test and commissioning of free standing floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, LT feeder pillar box, outdoor type, IP 55 protection ,made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated after rigourous pre-treatment comprising of cold phosphating process on all internal & external surfaces,manufactured by reputed panel manufacturer approved by CPRI of which the panel has been tested and approved by CPRI during last ten years . The panel shall consist of 400 Amps rating TPN bus bars of high conductivity Aluminium alloy and shall be provided with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switch, including instrumentation such as Ampere meter,Volt meter, phase indicating lamps etc with double stud hinged double door opening both front and back side with locking arragementt and suitable for 1100 Volts grade, 3 phase,4 wire, 415 volts, 50 cycles, AC Supply and to with-stand short circuit fault level of not less than 10KA and degree of protection shall be IP 54. The panel shall be fixed with angle iron frame made of angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, welded in shape & painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20 mm grade stone aggregates) complete with legs 300mm grouted below ground in PCC and 600mm above ground, including connecting to cable with cable glands, lugs etc. and consisting of the following :-

Supply,lay,test & commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 3.5 Core,150 Sqmm Note:- 3 core 150 Sq.mm aluminium armoured LT cable 30 RM as brought at site by previous contractor and given under Statement of Credit : Sch 'A' Part-XIII, Item No. 33 at Rs. 527.00/RM shall be incorporated in the work and the Bidder shall arrive rate accordingly.

(b) 3.5 Core,50 Sqmm Note:- 3 core 50 Sq.mm aluminium armoured LT cable 480 RM as brought at site by previous contractor and given under Statement of Credit : Sch 'A' Part-XIII, Item No. 34 at Rs. 220.00/RM shall be incorporated in the work and the Bidder shall arrive rate accordingly.

(c) 4.0 Core, 25 Sqmm Note:- 4 core 25 Sq.mm aluminium armoured LT cable 160 RM as brought at site by previous contractor and given under Statement of Credit : Sch 'A' Part-XIII, Item No. 35 at Rs. 149.00/RM shall be incorporated in the work and the Bidder shall arrive rate accordingly.

(d) 2.0 Core, 10 Sqmm Note:- 2 core 10 Sq.mm aluminium armoured LT cable 600 RM as brought at site by previous contractor and given under Statement of Credit : Sch 'A' Part-XIII, Item No. 36 at Rs. 77.00/RM shall be incorporated in the work and the Bidder shall arrive rate accordingly.

S&F factory made PVC weather proof Junction box with hinged door having protection class IP-54 including 10 Amps aluminium bus bar,240 Volts,Neutral link and one No MCB,SPof 10 Amp capacity alongwith fixing arrangement such as MS clamps made out of MS FI of size 20X3mm wiyh nuts & bolts complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F LED street light fitting, 60 Watt in aluminium PDC housing,toughned glass cover with IP-65 protection and connecting with cable, including 1.5m long GI bracket made out of 40 mm dia.GI pipe, medium grade,bent to shape & fixed with MS clamps made out of 40x6 mm FI with nut bolts of suitable size with all accessories complete and all as specified & as directed. Road,Path & Culverts

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each as per MORT&H specification, spreading using paver finisher only & compacting base course of graded stone aggregates & granular material conforming to MORT&H specification(Table 400-II), consolidated, including premixing the material with water at OMC & compacting with power viabratory roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Boundary Wall & Gate

M & L for providing 20mm thick thermocole board in position for expansion joint of RCC columns,beams & slabs complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fix housing clamp made out of MS plate of size 200mmX12mm thick (04 No's) including necessary nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified & as directed.
