M&L Applying PME (Polymer Modified Emulsion) for Flexible Runway Pavement from Authorised Manufacturer for Medium Consumption @ 0.91 to 1.50 LITRE PER SQURE METRE in Two Coats (1st Coat applied with 60% to 70% and 2nd Coat repeated for application with 30% to 40%. After Each Coat Surface to be Left Clear for 4 Hours to 6 Hours). The Mechanical Spraying Machine must be used for Uniform Application by Skilled, Qualified and Authorised Applicator to Maintain Quality Performance of Finished Surfaces. PME must have Penetration Values of 10mm-20mm and Initial Setting Time of 4 Hours to 5 Hours but not more than 8 Hours Post Application. NOTES ;- STORAGE & HANDLING : PME Storage and Handling Temperature shall between to 10 °C to 50 °C and should be Protected from Freezing. Water to be used should be Portable and Free from Salts and any chemicals. CLEANING : Surface shall be Dry, Clean, Dust & Dirty Free and durable. Clean Surface of Runway with Wire/ Coir Brush where the Application is to be applied. The Dust, Mud or Loose Aggregate to be removed. M&L Preparing and Cleaning Existing Asphaltic/ Concrete Surfaces with Wire Brushes, Air Compressor, etc. and Applying One Coat of Road Marking Paint (Aqua Base) ‘Golden Yellow’/ ‘Orange’/ ‘Black’ on Taxi Lines, Holding Point, ORP, Turn Pad, Dispersal, Signal Square, Wind Direction Indicator Base, Letters, etc., Over 10 Cm Girth or Width, complete all specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing and Cleaning Existing Old Treated Concrete/ Asphaltic Surfaces with Wire Brushes, Air Compressor, etc. and Applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint ‘White’ Coloure as Inside Strip, Over 10 Cm Girth or Width, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and as directed.
