Clearing jungle uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of grith of 30 cms measured at aheight of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cabled etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavatec earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering to evety 8th fence posts along the straight line and every fence post at the corner be fixed. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied & 3.84 kg/10 Sqm)

Fencing with R.C.C. Post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, last but one end post and corned posts shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with 5 horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 meters (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately)

Steel work welding in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coats of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, farmes, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gate and similar works. (Stair)

Sign board including carriage PAINTING &WRITING COMPLETE JOB. Of Size: 5.00 x 3.00 Ft with vertical iron angle 2 Nos of size 40x40x6 mm iron angle of height 7 ft with 1 mm thick M.S sheet.
