PART I : CIVIL WORKS

Providing and laying 230/ 150 mm consolidated thickness dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

a) 230 mm thick.

b) 150 mm thick .

Dismantling carefully the existing RCC kitchen platform/ Brick work/ stone masonary/ PCC along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposing off debris within colony at designated place etc. complete all as directed by the EIC.

a) Existing Kitchen/Granite/ RCC platform/ PCC.

b) Brick work.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (NOTE:- The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment).

Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL or approved make conforming to IS 1786.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

a) M-30 For all type of Structural / RCC Elements.

b) M-20 For floor

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Notes:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation, plinth and superstructure at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTES:- a) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. b) The rate of formwork shall include all type of structural/ RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces.

Providing cement: sand: 6mm aggregate 1:2:4 screed mortar average 30mm thick mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement spread over the existing roof for obtaining proper slope towards the existing rain water spout, wherever required etc. complete including preparing surfaces consisting tapping by wooden ballet for hollowness of existing surface and repairing damaged locations all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry in sub structure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks / fly ash bricks of approved quality, make in CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc, complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

a) In Sub-Structure upto plinth level

b) In Super-Structure above plinth level

Providing brick work 115 mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, etc. at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in C.M 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. including RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners 115 mm.wide and 80 mm. thick every one metre height including form work cost of steel reinforcement complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. Note: Reinforcement shall be paid in relevant item.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s. Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s. Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s. Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specifications of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with wall care putty over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s. Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s. Fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

a) 12 mm thick.

b) 15 mm thick.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished natural stones as mentioned for the followings for kitchen platform/ wash basin counter/ laborotary working platform topping and facia over and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc., as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/ flooring. Top exposed surface on plan & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) For kitchen platform/ Wash Basin counter top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete.

b) For kitchen platform/ wash basin counter horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete.

c) For horizontal beading of size 30 x 16 mm machine cut machine polished Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/ranite stone/marble stone/composite marble as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support/ shelves/window cill etc. and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc., as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg., specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. Notes: 1) Verticals, shelves, platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/ flooring. 2) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite/ green marble shall be mitred/ partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 3) Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 4) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface, spreading/ splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 5) Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) For 100 mm thick vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of one side 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs other side polished 18 mm Graniter/ composite marble of approved colour sandwiched between the stones with 52 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of polished 18 mm thick same granite stone/ composite marble on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent), 250 mm one side granite rising above platform level with both side polishing including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

b) For vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of 2 nos 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs sandwiched between the stones with 20 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of mirror polished 18 mm thick jet black granite stone on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

c) 30 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished Cuddaph stone for shelves including rubbing and polishing the exposed edges.

d) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished jet black granite stone stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

e) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished jet black granite stone for ledge wall top, window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc. complete.

f) 18 mm thick granite stone of approved colour and shade with approved finishing for flooring/ramp with 100 mm wide strip with stone slabs of required size & fixing in pattern including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding including polishing / edgeing to exposed face etc. complete.

g) 18 mm thick granite stone/composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish for counter/dado/ skirting/cladding/staircase riser with stone slabs of various size in pattern including 12 mm thick 1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding for fixing etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

h) 18 mm thick granite stone of approved shade,colour with leather /lapato finish for flooring / staircase tread with stone slabs including edging, full half round moulding, machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, making 3 rows of 5 mm X 5mm grooves by machine and including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding.

i) 18 mm thick granite stone/composite marble of approved colour and shade and surface finish for Flooring with stone slabs / strips of various size in pattern including including 20 mm thick 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) cement mortar bedding. etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

j) Urinal partitions with 18mm thick approved color and shade granite bothside polished and half rounding on all exposed faces, fixed in the floors and walls making necessary recesses of about 25 mm and fixing with necessary S.S. pins, clamps, grouted, sealed and finishing the chases with CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) etc. complete as per detailed architectural drawing to entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels/ heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length/ height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), 20 mm backing & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at deptt. store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the EIC. Notes: 1)All finished natural stones shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface spreading/ splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 2) Agencies shall quote rate accordingly. Note: Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured. Frame joints shall be mitred joint/ partly mitred joint as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

a) Jet Black Granite Stone.

b) Baroda Green marble Stone

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/s. H &R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd. or equivalent approved make of approved colours, shade and texture in flooring/ dado/ skirting as per approved pattern incluidng cost of all materials, including cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc. and including removing existing flooring/ dado and disposing of debris within colony at designated place complete all as per specifications,drawings, relevant IS code & as directed by the EIC.

a) In flooring with rectified ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 (approx size ) Digital HD series of M/s. H& R Johnson or equivalent approved make with 20 mm thick 1:4 Cement mortar bedding (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only).

b) In flooring with anti skid tiles of size 300 x 300 mm x 12 mm th ( approx size) Checkered Ivory of Endura tiles of M/s H& R Johnson or approved equivalent with 20 mm thick 1:4 Cement mortar bedding (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only).

c) In dado/ Skirting with tiles of 300 X 450 mm or 300 X 600 mm (Approx size) of Digital HD Series of M/s. H&R Johnson (India) Limited or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing/ fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Roffe Construction (Non-Skid Adhesive, NSA) or M/s. Ardex Endura (Gold Star) or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

Providing & fixing IInd class teak wood in frames of required sections for windows, ventilators, shaft doors, partition etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing & fixing necessary GI holdfast 3 nos.(minimum) on each side of frame of size 300x30x3mm thick embeded in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 in case of brick work or bolted / screwed with S.S .coach screw 100mm long in case of RCC/stone including making holes in concrete masonry walls etc. and fixing frame in position including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved wood primer for the exposed surfaces & two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry / concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris within colony at designated place etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Removing carefully the existing flush door shutters and refixing the same to its position after laying new tiles on flooring including cutting the shutters at bottom portion as per site condition , lipping the cut exposed surface with teak wood lipping including nails, screws, adhesive etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying & fixing in position the following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply/ teak veneer as specified below conforming to IS 2202-latest, with 20 mm thick teak wood lipping alround, fixing shutters in position to existing door frames at all floors by cutting/ plaining if necessary including the labour for removing & refixing old fittings & fixtures and for fixing of the fittings & fixtures with wooden packing pieces if necessary with screws, providing vision panel of various sizes up to a max size of 300 mm X 450 mm wherever specified including suitable moulded first class teak wood beading on both sides and providing specified approved glass of 5 mm thik, ,Wooden louvers at bottom as per size, specification, drawing, one coat of approved primer on commercial ply surface etc. including removing existing damaged shutter, fittings and depositing at deptt. stores etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by EIC.

a) For Door 30 mm thick commercial ply on both sides without louver and Vision Pannel.

Providing and fixing 1.0 mm thick decorative laminated sheet of plain/ wood grain in gloss/ matt finish of approved make with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS:2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality, removing and refixing door shutter, cutting, including cutting the shutters at bottom portion as per site condition, wastage including disposing off debris within colony at designated place etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet), Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate of M/s Shalimar Hardware or equivalent and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with SS screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing 10/18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet), Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc. including dismantling the existing plywood/ A.C sheet shutters, removing and refixing of architraves with necessary screws, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris out side Anushakti Nagar colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. Note: The entire shutter shall be jointless shutter.

Providing & fixing concealed door mortise lock (rebated) conform to I.S. 6607 six lever heavy duty to be fixed in Aluminium/ wooden shutters)with necessary fittings, CP screws etc., complete all as directed by EIC.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium grill/ Aluminium sliding/ top hung/ fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15 micron thick) Aluminium section (extruded), including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc. of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of Jindal/ Indal/ Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and wights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) wherever mitred joints required confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/ glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to deptt. store etc. all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC. Note: Payment shall be made per Kg basis.Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, track window/ door frame/ beading channel for glass adjustable louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual/ finished cutting size nearest to centimetre and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of Aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage.

a) All Aluminium sections for window,partitions,doors and other work.

Providing and fixing Aluminium grill 10mm thick DECO GRILLE make model no DG202 (Red colour) in approved colour anodising of Min 15 mircon with a opening size of 60 mm X 45 mm and minimum weight of 4.282 kg/ Sqm including providing and fixing suitable F & H frame section outer frame and mullion fixing with screw, double tubular necessary scaffolding complete. All as per specification and as directed at site by the Enginer-in-Charge (Aluminum alloy shall be of 6063-T6 with yeild strength of 6.5Kg/Sqm).

Providing and fixing following thickness of clear float/ frosted / Bajara sheet glass of M/S Triveni/ shree vallabh/ IAG/Modi guard/ Saint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufacture and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/ window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/ gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

a) 5 mm thick clear float glass

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel 304 grade wire mesh of 28 gauge in the aluminium sliding door/ window and clear story window, using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions including providing and fixing of stainless steel screws and washer at maximum distance of 300 mm complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing sleek model approved quality hydraulic door closer of M/s. Eeverite / HARDWYN with necessary screws, fixing to the aluminium / glass /wooden door complete as per drawings, specifications including all labour, transporting etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fabricating and fixing in position structural steel grills at all level, using M.S. angles, flats, bars etc. with anchor fasteners of suitable dia in the marble jambs & cills including painting by dipping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make and one coat of approved steel primer, including cutting,fabrication, welding etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing carefully exsisting window M.S. Grill for making of marble frame as per drawing, specification, repairing and refixing the same with replacing deteoriated/damaged part / correction in size as per new marble opening including with necessary new anchor fastener, two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of approved steel primer etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC. Note: marble frame, structural steel shall be paid in relevant item (only deterioated/existing damaged).

Providing and fixing stainless steel for sign boards / structural steel / staircase hand rail with 2mm thick perforated stainless sheet panels using seamless pipe/tube of designed dia pipe, Square, tees, angles, plate and other sectiones as required for hand rail/grab rail /structural steel work with brushed finished/satin matt finished at stair case & lobby / passage and other locations as required, at all floors & levels conforming to SS-304 grade of steel and Relevant schedule, as per pattern & design shown in drawing / directed by Arch., EIC including necessary S.S bend, tees,brackets, base/cover plate and holders clamps to hold pans in all size & shapes etc welding/nut bolt necessary anchoring, polishing and fixing in concrete/brick wall with S.S lugs/anchor fasteners ,making pockets, concreting, making good the surfaces including all wastages etc. as per specifications drawings,including removing existing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

a) With SS-304 including all specials fittings,brackets etc.

b) 2mm thick perforated S.S. Sheet

Lettering on Stainless steel sign board by engraving on indication boards upto 3" height in approved lettering size and bond with approved shade, colour & Brand and as per manufacture specification including cost of finishing paints, tools, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. (SS plate and related ss accesories shall be paid in relevant item.).

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Acrylic premium emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer (alkali resistant) consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper/acrylic emulsion/ white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco putty work, apply two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashings & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing off debris within colony at designated place etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted external surfaces of with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacture of approved colour and shade over a coat of cement based water repellent paint of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, providing necessary scaffolding/ staging, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating,dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. at all heights, locations and lead etc.,complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 15 mm dandified tabular edged eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture spintone / cosmos / spectra or as available r equivalent of size 595 X 595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections consisting of main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using G. I. slotted cleats of size 25 X 35 X 1.60 mm fixed to ceiling with 6 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners 4 mm G. I. adjustable rods with galvanised level clips spaced at 600 mm centre to centre along main "T", bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-coated with polyester paint length of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24 X 38 mm made out of 0.33 mm ( minimum) sheet, distributor length 600 mm and size 24 X 28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick ( minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 600 X 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600 X 600, resting on periphery walls / partition on a perimeter wall angle pre-coated sheet of size ( 22 X 22 X300 mm made of 0.45 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive all screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate tiles of approved texture ( Spintone / Cosmos / spectra, hexa ) in the grid including, wherever, required, cutting / making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. all sections i.e. "T", wall angle shall be pre-coated with polyester paint including removing the existing false ceiling and disposing of debris (un-serviceable material) out of the premises i. e. MCGM dumping ground, necessary scaffolding tools and plants, wastage, labour etc. all complete at all heights as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charges. Note:- (1.) Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames / opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 Sqm. (2.) The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC. Value of 0.50 ( Minimum), light reflection > 85 % incombustible as per B. S. 476 part IV, 100 % humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity < 0.043 w/m0 KC. (3.) The work to be carried out by reputed company having sufficient work experience of similar jobs. (4) No separate payment for trap door, removing and refixing the electrical appliances like fans, light points , casing pati etc.

Providing and fixing of Vista/ Hunter Douglas or approved make Roller Blinds with roller mechanize at all locations including material, labor, tools and plants etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing superior quality vertical blinds of M/s. VISTA or approved equivalent manufacturer with approved best quality fabric of required shade and colour, all accessories required for fixing in position all as per approved sample, design, pattern complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing Vitreous urinal of Starwhite (Standard) colour of Hindware Make Flat Back Large-Cat. No. 60002 consisting following items of work. i) Providing urinal of approved make, and placing it in position as shown in the drawing or as per manufactures specification or as directed including finishing the joints with white/ matching colour cement all complete. ii) Providing various CP fittings such as Waste Coupling of Jaquar Cat No. 705/709, Bottle Trap of Jaquar Cat. Providing chemical based water proofing of M/s Indofil chemicals/ New coat of Dr. Fixit as approved over bath / WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76 mixed with clean water in 1:4 ratio i.e., one part of MC-76 and four parts of clean water over the entire area to be treated including filling of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) with waterproofing compound. b) Applying a coat of cement bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement. c) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous waterproofing net for entire area of Toilet/ Bath including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. d) Applying one more bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement over the polycon based net. e) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flexcoat mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat and 15 parts clean water or applying two coats of Dr.fixit New coat without dilution. Notes: (i) The entire work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. ii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects.

Providing and filling Brick bat (40-60 mm) with cement mortar mixed in ratio 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 brick bats) including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement to sunk portions of toilets, kitchen projection, terraces depressed areas at all levels , locations, heights and lead etc., complete to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. Further surfaces shall be screeded with (1:1.5:3) cement concrete mix with approved waterproofing compound @ 2 % by weight of cement about 20-30 mm thick and finished smooth or ready to receive finish material as specified. Note : - a) No deductions shall be made for the areas occupied by pansand other fittings & fixtures. ii) entire work shall be carried out a per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects.

Providing & fixing G.I. Pipes 'C' class Providing, laying, jointing, fixing & painting heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. Galvanized pipes as per I.S. 1239-1968 including fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other fittings required for the completion except screwed flanges conforming to I.S. 1239-1968 & also as per the code of practice of water supply in bldgs. Providing & fixing uPVC Multi Floor Trap/ Nahani Trap 110 x 75 x 50 size of Supreme make or equivalant Cat No. SWRMFT 1 to 3 size having not less than 40 mm effective water seal fixing the trap in position and connecting with waste water pipe by cement solvent/ as per manufacturer's recommandation, embedding the trap in cement concrete 1:2:3 to correct level and gradient, providing and fixing 110 x 110 mm size top tile with central strainer/ flush strainer, closing the side inletes with plugs if required etc. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing 450 x 450 mm size HDPE sheet Flashing inplace of exiting damaged rainwater flashing/ gratings, fabricated from 8mm HDPE flexible sheet and PN 6 grade 160mmdia HDPE pipe fabricated by welding with 160/ 110 mm dia HDPE pipe about 300 mm long for PVC rain water pipes, fixing with cement mortar 1:2 mixed with water proofing compound and forming the proper shape and grade and finishing with inlet mouth of rain water pipe, cutting RCC slab or wall if required including the cost of bitumen, cement mortar etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: i) For fixing HDPE sheet on RCC/ Cement Concrete bottom surface shall be sticked watertight by synthetic glue as per manufacturers recommendation. Top portion shall be spread with approved synthetic glue and fine 0.5 mm sand shall be spinkled over it and allowed to be dried. after drying it is to be embedded using cement mortar 1:2 as per required shape and form including chasing,cutting existing one and finishing the same to its original condition after fixing .

Providing & fixing precast EVERLAST Composite Manhole covers as per approved by BMC/ E.I.C tested as per IS 1726. with engraved name of department and year as specified/approved including cost of necessary hardware, 1:2:4 grade concrete for fixing frame, bed block (bearing course) and capping including necessary form work and CM 1:2 mortar for fixing the frame & for plastering exposed surfaces of concrete bed block (bearing course) and capping finished smooth with floating coat of neat cement etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the EIC.

i) Rectangular Heavy duty (Grade HD - 20 designation as per IS:1726) frame and cover size 910 x 450 mm.

Providing and fixing in position following Vitreous China Padastal type Wash down pattern water Closet, Wash Basin and supporting rails for Paraplegic consisting following items of work:- i) Providing Vitreous China padastal type wash down pattern Water Closet ( EWC ) conforming to IS 2556 (part II) with integral "P" trap outlet with water seal not less than 50 mm with vent and necessary supports. ii) Providing thermosetting or thermo plastic Seat & cover conforming to IS 2548, fixing seat & cover for water closet as per manufacturer's specification including the cost of corrosion resistant hinges, bolts, nuts, non ferrous or S.S washer etc. all complete. iii) Fixing the Water closet in position, jointing the trap, water closet and UPVC pipe by Epoxy grout or Rubber seal as per pipe manufacturer. iv) Providing Wash Basin and placing it in position as shown in the drawing or as per manufactures specification or as directed including finishing the joints with white/ matching colour cement all complete.v) Providing various CP fittings such as Waste Coupling of Jaquar Cat No. 705/709, Bottle Trap of Jaquar Cat. No. 769 including fixing 32 mm minimum 10kg class PVC pipe conforming to IS:4985 (and fittings conforming to IS:7834). Placing and fixing Waste Pipe from Bottle trap to adaptor/ Nahani trap/ Floor Trap. vi) Fixing the Wash Basin in position including providing M.S./C.I. Brackets & Screws for the basin. vi) Fixing grab rails as per drawing or manufacturer's recomandations iv) Cutting hole, making grove or chases in the wall, floors, slabs etc., reinstating to it's original condition after completion of work, painting all metallic parts with two coats of flat oil paint of approved make & shade over a coat of primer, finishing the gaps with white/ matching colour cement etc. all complete. v) Testing the system to the full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
