SH:1 Supply of Cable, Pole, LED Fittings etc

Supply of 4C x 16 sqmm, XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to I.S : 7098 (Part-I ) with upto date ammendments as per approved list of AAI.

Supply of 4C x 25 sqmm, XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to I.S : 7098 (Part-I ) with upto date ammendments as per approved list of AAI.

Supply of 3.5C x 50 sqmm, XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to I.S : 7098 (Part-I ) with upto date ammendments as per approved list of AAI.

Supply of 3.5C x 95 sqmm, XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade conforming to I.S : 7098 (Part-I ) with upto date ammendments as per approved list of AAI.

Supply of 80mm dia 'B' class GI Pole of 1.8 Mtr (Vertical Height Excluding Arm) with sutable provision of fixing of arm including, 15mm dia hole at suitable height for power supply wires, 300X300X3mm thick MS Sheet welded in bottom side of pole complete as required as per site requirement.

Supply of cross arm of suitable shape/ L shape of 50mm dia GI pipe not less than 0.5 mtr with required angle , including sockets, reducers , pipe threading/ welding , etc. complete as required as per site requirementfor fitting at the upper part of the 80mm dia GI pole of 1.8Mtr height .

Supply of high efficency and low power consumption LED luminaire giving minimum 110 lumens / watt and power of 35/ 36 Watt with power coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass /polycabonate cover and manufacturer name to be embossed on the luminaire having minimum IP 65 protection , weatherproof gasket and control gear compartments, integral electronic driver with THD < 10%, PFequal to .95 or more,luminaire shall have a life class of not less than 50,000 burning hours @L70, CRI minimum 70 suitable for mounting on existing bracket arm of 50 mm outer dia. compatible for luminaire.

Supply of high efficency and low power consumption LED Flood light luminaire of 250 Watt suitable to operate 230V,50HZ, Single phase AC supply with power coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass /polycabonate cover having minimum IP 65 protection , weather proof gasket and control gear, giving minimum 110 lumens / watt and electronic driver with THD < 10%, PF equal to .95 or more, compatible as required.

Supplying of 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete etc., complete as required.

Supply of following sizes high density polyethylene (HDPE) PE 63, PN06 pipe conforming to IS 4984 with up to date amendment as required. 50mm Outer Dia.

Supply of SMC box of size 225mm x 205 mmx 112 mm including providing and fixing 1 no. 10 amp SP MCB and 4 no., 25 sqmm terminal block connector, 6 sqmm Disconnected terminal block, 4 sqmm earth terminal block, 02 Nos Glands M25 & 01 No Glands M16 along with necessary connections etc as required.(Make hensel ; Cat no.HENKFPJB006) or equivalent preferred make.

Supply of 6 mtr. high hot dipped galvanised iron (HDGI) octagonal pole made of high tensile steel in single section, top dia of pole 70 mm, bottom dia of pole 130 mm, thickness of pole 3 mm, with Bakellite sheet with stud type connector & 6A SP MCB,500 mm long weatherproof reinforced door opening, base plate size 200 mm X 200 mm X 12 mm thick as reqd as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

SH : 3 ITC of Cables, poles, pipes, fittings etc

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade cable of up to 35 Sqmm size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/DWC HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade cable of above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of 50 mm dia DWC HDPE pipe with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Erection of the Matalic poles up to 3 Mtr. with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)to the required depth of size 400 mmx400mmx500 mm as per special conditions(1:cement :2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and necessary base concrete of 1:5:10 for 100mm thickness below the pole (1cement :5 fine sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) suitable finishing on surface above the ground level, including painting and numbering etc complete as required.e the ground level, including painting and numberingetc. as required.

Fixing of SMC box of size 225 mm x205 mmx 112 mm on existing tubular pole with suitable 2nos. clamps of 5mm thickness including nut, bolts, making two nos indoor end termination with gland including providing 08 nos aluminium lugs for 4 x 16sqmm of PVC insulated cable etc complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED street light fitting on existing pole up to 2 Mtr with 3 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable from cable looping box to fitting etc as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 250LED flood light fitting with 3 core x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable on existing high mast pole complete etc as required.

MEASUREMENT OF LUX LEVEL: Make arrangement for measurement of lux level during night at site after commissioning of high mast along with fittings after keeping the luminaries 12 hours in operation continuously. The values of lux level on a grid of 4 Mtr. x 4 Mtr. shall be noted for the entire Apron area and the fittings position shall be altered/modified for its angle so as to achieve the desired lux level as per the requirement of AAI. On completion of work the firm shall submit all the details along with calculations sheets and data sheets (computerized) showing average, minimum, maximum lux level values for all the High mast at different locations of Apron.

SH- 4: Earthing Work

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
