Pre-Construction anti-termite treatment plinth area – surface treatment stage-1 :- Completion of earth work for column footings before laying plain cement concrete 25mm dia Hole spaced at 30cm center to center on both direction will be made at the bottom of earth workand the chemical will be poured in the holes and will be sprayed in the four sides of earth work at the rate of 3 litres of chemical solution (Chlorophyrifos emulsion diluted in ration 1:19 (One emulsion and 19 water ) per square metre payment shall be made after completion of 3 stages. stage-II :- After filling the basement before laying flooring concrete with filling Crushed Stone Sand (M-Sand)) 25mm dia holes to adepth of 450mm will be made inside the basement and the chemical will be poured in the holes at the rate of 3 litres of chemical solution (Chlorophyrifos emulsion diluted in ration 1:19 (One emulsion and 19 water ) per square metre payment shall be made after completion of 3 stages.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the floor with best quality vetrified (Morbonite) Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with Anti skid Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6mmceramic tiles laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. The outer frame of the door is 200mm X150mm Teakwood. The main door shutter opening size is 1.50m X 2.10m. The main door should be double leaves and each door shutter 1/3rd panelled, 2/3rd Glazed with Teakwood frame. The door shutter outer frame of size 200mm X 102mm Teakwood. The door panelles shall be of 76mm thick Teakwood planks with ornamental designs approved by the Executive Engineer. The lockrail shall be of 200 X 50mm thick Teakwood. The top of the door to a height of 2400mm finished with fixed glazing of approved pattern using 12mm thick Toughened glass with M.S. Grill. The size of the door shall be fized glazing of size 300mm X 2400mm and 300mm x 1500mm finished with 12mm thick toughened designed glass.

All the door frames and fixed glazing frames are madeout of 102mm X 76mm Teakwood of best quality. The door frames and shutters shall be given two coats of best approved quality Melamine finish. The rate inclusive of cost of approved quality teakwood, 12mm thick, designed toughened glass, brass hinges, brass tower bolts, brass aldrops, door stoppers, brass screws etc., The cost inculdes cost of material, labour charges etc., complete and is directed by the departmental officers.
