M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thich screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm , on vertical surfaces such as in skirting & dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @ 3% weight of cement.

The surface shall be painted with one coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg per sqm, conforming to IS : 3384. A layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (min), weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/m2 reinforced with polyster non woven fabric ( weighing not less than 150 gms/ Sqm). Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application all as per manufacturer instructions. and finally applying one coat of bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm on APP membrane before application of aluminium paint
