Material and labour for treating the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured).

Material and labour for treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for treating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete M15(Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for powder coated, minimum thickness 50 micron, aluminium sections for doors, windows, ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glass panes, wire mesh & handle will be measured & paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. (iii) All other minor details including cost of locking arrangement shall be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 20 mm thick (in two coats of 15 mm and 5 mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound in external coat, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over putty to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixed solid PVC door frames of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixed factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with particle board core, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2 mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Material and labour for glazed, colour ceramic wall tiles (group B III), 450 mm X 300 mm X 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12-15 mm thich dholpur stone tile of size 200x 100 mm fixed in verticle surface over 10 mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match with the exsting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plaster surfaces walls including chajjas, facias etc. and applying two coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle and providing 20 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement for filling depression if any to receive water proofing treatment and providing APP modified bituminous membrane water proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement and plain finish of 3 mm thick (not less than 3.0 kg/sqm ± 5% per sqm) consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch application method overlap while torching shall be 75 mm on length and 100 mm width side, all angles & bituminous should sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage all joints including for applying bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.125 Kg / sqm on finished APP surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-charge (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite (zed black) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) over 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
