For NRV of 700 mm dia pump set no. 4:- Cutting of nut bolt, studs etc. as per site required by gas cutter. No. of nut bolts & NRV of complete body on both side.
Removing of complete NRV.
Making/Fixing dead plate on 700 mm dia NRV body with rubber packing and nut bolt avoid any mishappenning for flooding of pump house in raining condition.
To & fro charges for NRV of 700 mm dia including loading & unloading charges.
Cutting of all nut bolts of main body of NRV by gas cutter etc. as required. Removal of diaphragm from the body.
Repairing of diaphragm of multi-door NRV of 700 mm dia are as under :- :- Repairing of C.I flape by boring & fixing of GM Bush in bore & repairing of SS Ring of Flape of multi door NRV by remetalling & machining etc. as required.
Repairing of SS pin with nut & bolts.
Repairing of main body hinges bush by providing & fixing of GM Bush.
Assembling of flap in diaphragm valve & polishing etc. as required.
Fixing of diaphragm valve in CI body with new nut bolt etc. as required.
Loading of NRV to truck for Sec-24 SPS Dwarka from factory.
Nut bolt.
Rubber Packing.
Removal of dead flange from the both end for fixing of NRV.
Assembly of NRV in the header line with the help of moving crane & new rubber packing, nut bolt etc. as required by job.
Testing & Commissioning charges.
FOR SLUICE VALVE OF 500 MM DIA PUMP SET NO.- 6 DELIVERY SIDE.:-Cutting of nut bolts of upper dome and removing one by one of bolts and fixed of new bolt for tightening of etc.
Removing of complete sluice valve.
Making/Fixing dead plate on sluice valve body with rubber packing and nut bolt avoid any mishappenning for flooding of pump house in raining condition.
To & fro charges for Sluice Valve of 500 mm dia including loading & unloading charges.
Dismantling of gear box from the top of the sluice valve body flape, gland housing and gland bolts washing of each part by chemical solution and diesel etc to removing the rust.
Repairing of C.I sluice flape by making proper sealing arrangement of spindle nut seat for lifting of flape up & down by rotation of spindle with gear box by bolting with C.I plate as per job condition on both side of seat.
Repairing of SS guide SUO by proper remetling of SS material, drilling and bolting by SS LN bolt making grinding etc as per required by job.
Repairing of SS Seat of flape by remetling, polishing etc. and making grinding as required by job.
Repairing of Bronze Nut by fixing of Bronze Bush in worn out damage thread and rethreading the same (As per Sample).
Replacement of thrust Bearing No. 51217.
Repairing of main bewel gear by remetling, making proper teeth on milling machine and also making slotted. Bore keys as per main guide of bewel shaft with locking arrangement as per job conditions.
Repairing of bewel pinion by remetling and making proper teeth on milling machine for teeth.
Replacement of hardware item of gear box.
Assembling of gear box with bearing etc. greasing.
Assembling flape upper dome SS spindle, G.M nut, Bearings, gland housing and at workshop loading to truck and return back to plant.
Opening of dead flange then fixing of repaired sluice valve of 500 mm dia with rubber packing & nut bolts.
Testing & Commissioning charges.
