Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil, earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 m lift and 600 m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank withen 30 m distance as directed by Engineer in charge & also including all cost of borrwed earth from pvt. land, material, labour & T&P etc. complete.

Dry brick on edge soiling including all cost of labour, material and T&P etc. complete.

Earth work in foundation in dry soil including lift up to 1.50 M & lead up to 30 M back filling, waterring and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying C.C. 1:2:4 Mix cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete but excludiing cost of shuttering.

Laying R.C.C. 1:1:2 Mix in wearing coat with Cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete but excludiing cost of Centering, shuttering & Reinforcement.

Finishing walls with acrylic shooth exterior paint of required shade of new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 lts/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg./10sqm.)
