Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M& L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete colour tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick with mixture of grey cement & pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking dark coloured paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade all as specified and disposing to debries etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in any position all as specified.

S&F in repairs pre painted galvalume aluminum ZINC coating GI base corrugated steel 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw with minimum 150mm end lap and one corrugation side lap including dismantling the existing sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F properly on wall of display board of size minimum 1 sqm of coloured acrylic sheet of minimum 8mm thickness sheet to show house number occupant (Offrs) name, display board will show house number in 3 digit & words like Ground, 1st floor to 5th floor on board, size of word should be either 25mmx15mm or instructed by Engr-in-Charge, with fixing/detachable arrangements.This item includes dismantling/removal of old board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 32mm bore PVC pipe fixed to walls including all necessary fittings and fixtures upto G+5 floor for AC outlet complete all as specfied and directed.

All as per item no 9 above but 40mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches (soft/loose soil) n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

All as per item No 14 above but but except bricks.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains etc incl demolition of existing drain, surface channel all as specified and disposing of debries etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate in drains, foundation, coping, flooring etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed finished even and fair faces without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of work and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

S&Fin repairs Framed work as in Fencing Posts, Swan necks, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of fencing wire or other covering. etc. also fastening and fixing complete incl cleats, brackets, complete of Fe 410-W (Gde e-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as directed.

S&F Mild Steel round bars in fencing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts,including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n.exc 5cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Complete removal exising old surfaces of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint from manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

S&F SFRC manhole covers of medium duty of overall size 1000mmx500mmx75mm thick factory made complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DWCPE(SN4) 200mm dia (Internal Dia) pipes,snap fit coupler and rubber ring incl testing and laid and properly jointed laid in trenches to a level on concrete bed complete all as specified.

S & F for precast plastic fibre reinforced cement concrete Manhole covers with frame medium duty of overall size 450mmx450mm & 50mm thick factory made (make-polycrete) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of EWCs, IWCs, bottle traps, Nahani Traps, Gully traps and Floor traps etc and CI/PVC Pipes all types top to bottom including junctions etc, Cleaning of sewage line upto GT in the area of Pratap Chowk and Adjoining Area(Md accn and all types of Accn). complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of GTs in the area of Pratap Chowk and Adjoining Area (Md accn and all types of Accn) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Manhole depth of upto 1.20mtr in the area of Pratap Chowk & Adjoining Area(Md accn and all types of Accn) and taking out sludge and depositing ,cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc and disposal off the same out side the defence area notified by Municipal Corporation of Delhi all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Manhole depth exc 1.20mtr to upto 3.00 mtr in the area of New Pratap Chowk , Arjan Vihar & Adjoining Area (Md accn and all types of Accn) and taking out sludge and depositing ,cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc and disposal off the same out side the defence area notified by Municipal Corporation of Delhi all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line n.exc 10mtr in length in the area of Pratap Chowk & Adjoining Area (Md accn and all types of Accn). complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Sewage line 0.00mtr to 20.00mtr in length in the area of New Pratap Chowk , Arjan Vihar & Adjoining Area (Md accn and all types of Accn) omplete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- This item will be measured if length exceed from 10.00mtr.)

Mechanically used high pressure Super Sucker Machine capable of Air lifting of dense sludge like muds, slurry, small stones, debries, grits etc from sewer lines/Manholes thorough vaccum mode and capable of Jetting sewer lines of any dia. The machine shall be used by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as on required basis. Job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of GE.Note: Rates quoted cleaned for 08 hrs of super sucker machine. Any work carried out throughout 08 hrs shall be measured as on Job.
