Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry & pointed and removal of debris outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface chanels and drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc.

Add or deduct on item No.13 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm

Material & labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc., including taking down the existing wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Steel galvanized Concertina coil of 600 mm dia., to any type of supports/ brackets/ straining bolts including securing/ straining properly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Material & labour for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable convex mirror and supply and fixing 60 cm reflected convex mirror with 130 degree of viewing angle for outdoor (road side) purpose made of polycarbonate, ABS body fixed in position with hood with mounting hardware, complete all as specified and directed. Make : ACE Polymers (India) or equivalent approved make.

Material & labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole covers and set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note : steel for reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B-2, (1:2:4) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering & consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manhole of any description & size and exceeding 1.5 M in depth including lifting up and removing sludge & accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with vehicle KAMBI 6 LCN mounted with compressor and sucker tank of M/s Kam-avida enviro Engineers Pvt Ltd Pune or similar model vehicle & washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line all as directed, sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains ,making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished,and reforming benching as required for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains ,making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished,and reforming benching as required for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of blockage from kitchen/ bathroom/WHB by using rubber cup and clearing the blockage upto nearest gully trap / manhole with cleaning rod including disposing off waste material outside MD land obtained complete all as directed to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain /sewage pipes of size 150mm / 160mm bore. set in cement mortar (salt glazed stoneware/asbestos cement/reinforced/UPVC) including bed concrete and removal of debris outside MD land,

M & L for cement concrete bed type C2 (1:3:6, using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain / sewage pipes of size 150mm / 160 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and fitted in cement concrete of the following sizes:-
