Maintenance of DTC fencing and transformer plinth at various locations coming under jurisdiction of O&M Division Virar Tq. Vasai Dist. Palghar.

i) Valid Registration in appropriate Class from P.W.D./CPWD/MES/ Railways or any Other Govt. / Semi Govt. Depts

ii) Experience of having successfully completed similar work i.e. similar work/maintenance/repair/new work as decided by C.A with Govt./Semi Govt./ Public sector during last 7 years ending last date of month previous to the month in which tenders are invited should be either of the following:

a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost.

b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50 % of the estimated cost

c) One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Work completion certificate should have been issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

iii) Copy of PAN card issued by Commissioner of Income Tax and filed Income Tax return of the last three financial years with balance sheet. Previous year will be interpreted as per I.T. Act.

iv) A valid Solvency certificate from Nationalized/ Scheduled at 20% of the tender cost i.e. issued not earlier than12 months on date of opening of tender.

v) Copy of Money Receipt of payment of EMD in case of cash or DD; and ‘Transaction Receipt’ in case of on-line payment.

vi) Partnership Deed if firm is registered under Limited liability partnership (L.L.P.) if registered under Pvt. Ltd. or Limited company authorized documents of Director of Company

vii) Average annual financial turnover certificate and net worth from registered Chartered Accountant and it should be positive for last Three financial years, ending 31st March of previous financial year should be at least 30 % of the estimated cost.

viii) Copy GST Number Certificate / application etc as per the rules of GST

ix) Duly filled declaration on Rs. 500/- Stamp Paper
