Taking down the existing surface batten type point wiring of aluminium for Light, fan, Sockets, power sockets, stair case light point complete with switch socket regulator , bracket fitting etc and making good disturbed surfaces for wall, floors etc as directed by Engr- in charge.

Taking down cearfully by unscrewing the unserviceable DB Boxes, MC distribution boards SP & TPN with porcelain cutouts etc all as directed.

Taking down the sub main wiring of any dia / sq mm on teak wood batten / PVC conduit GI earth wire all as directed.

Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked for housing switches / sockets all as specified and directed

(a) One light point /Fan Point controlled by one switch .

c) One two way point controlled by two 2 way switches

(d) One 3 pin socket 5 A on independent board.

(e) One 3 pin socket 5 A on the same switch board.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket, one single pole 20 Amps, 240V MCB complaints complete all as specified and directed

M/L for providing earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts & washers of GI or steel and connecting to earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 1991 & testing complete including 15mm dia light grade GI pipe upto 7.5mtr long, excavation in any type of strata, PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C1 earthing chamber, pre cast slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete ( 1: 2 : 4 ) type B 1 ( reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm with frame, test box , funnel, wire mesh with GI watering pipe etc.

Note for Item No.1 to 63 : (i) The contractor shall depute atleast 2 electrician and 2 helper for NP Area on daily basis for rectification of complaints, he/she shall ensure sufficient store is available at contractors end for rectification of complaint the same day. He shall submit daily feedback to JE or Power house incharge regarding each complaint. Contractor shall depute additional manpower if No. of complaint increases or direction from Engr-In-Charge/JE is recieved for same. Number of complaints pending at contractor's end shall not increase beyond 25 Nos at any point of time. (ii) For non-deployment of tradesman Rs.1000/-per electrician per day and Rs.750/- per helper per day will be imposed as penal recovery.
