REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING, SUNKEN FLOOR TREATMENT, PLINTH PROTECTION IN ZONE B AND C AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE(C) KIRKEE

Material and labour for sunken flooring treatment all as per following details complete all as specified and directed ;- (a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal of rubbish to a distance of 5KM to 7.5KM. (b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc. (c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'.) (d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape"or equivalent as given in Appx 'E' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'. Nahani traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E' on all angle fillets by brush.

Supply and Fix of UPVC 40 mm dia for spout pipe in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, old roof tiles, including taking down cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus, moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on existing concrete surfaces of roof in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement with and including water proofing treatment over RCC slab,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets/fibre sheet/galvalume sheet/galvanised iron sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with coach screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6mm thick Fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet and single side prelam PVC sheet used inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PLEATED pleased blinds made of polyester fabric with aluminium coating at its back. Pleates of one inch with segments at the interval of not exceeding 100mm top and bottom channels made of aluminium in matching colours. Cord lock and pulleys made of brass, design and type as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded n exc 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair mild steel, Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250 quality-A) framed work as in doors or gates, roof structure of any size and section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; including all necessary fitting, also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry at any height, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry at any height, including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6, at any height, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6, at any height, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour hardwood second class Clean sawn battens at 15 cm centres having sectional area exc 5sq cm and n exc 15 sq cm, under mangalore pattern tiles, including dismantling of old tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix repair E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness incl fillets complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement/cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block massonry with solid block exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (CM 1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, including dismantling existing corroded sheet, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter without taking off shutters from frame of door/windows/ventilators any of description n.exc 1.50 sqm sqm each and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Factory made internal PVC door frame of size 50x47mm single revated made out of extruded 5 mm PVC foam sheet, mitre cut at two corners and jointed with 02 Nos of 150 mm brackets of 15x15 mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be in forced with 40x20 mm MS tube of 19 gauge through out the frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE MOULDED DOOR SHUTTER ‐ WOOD FREE consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 25mm x 25mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. M. S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers. The inner panel shall consist of 25mm thick EPS of Density 23 Kg /Cbm. bonded with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC Sheet Manufactured by an ISO‐9001‐2015 certified company, with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design in different plain and / or prelam colours after routing the Moulded design on one side & 2mm plain and /or prelam PVC sheet on other side of the EPS. The edge of panel to be sealed with lipping of 15mm wide PVC sheet baton ( made by sticking 2mm rigid foam PVC sheets of 5mm (±0.25) thickness using PVC solvent cement ) and stile sides 25mm (5mm x 5nos.) thick and 30mm width PVC Sheet fitted along M.S. tube for hardware provision & for lock 25mm thick ( 5mmx5nos. ) PVC sheet of size 150mm x 200mm fixed with inner side of EPS Panel etc. complete all as per specification & drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Pressed steel door frame for doors of size 105 x 60mm with single rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete with and including hollow section of frame to be filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 35mm thick plain framed panelled factory made door shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparing new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt 200mm long of extruded section with steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black of size 150mm fixed with screws or welded complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 300mm size with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100mm size stainless steel Light weight butt hinges for PVC door shutters and frames fixed with bright screwes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated window sliding type (3 track) with frame size 100x35x1.2mm thick and shutter frame size 39.40x17.70x1.2mm thick with and including two glass shutter and one mesh shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading screws with and including 4mm thick tinted float glass and 0.36mm dia apperture 1.4mm SS wire mesh and fittings etc, including taking down old unserviceable steel windows, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix aluminium louvered ventilators of section size 80mmx20mmx1.50mm including 5mm thick frosted glass fixed in half portion & adjustable type louvers in another half and stainless steel wire mesh fixed type on outside frame etc making to the jambs complete, including taking down old unserviceable steel ventilators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Rendering/plastering, 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6 ) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth with sagol complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick cement Screed base in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including dismantling existing stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, plinth protection,Path, hard standing etc, 75 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as specified.

Material and labour cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof , chajjas, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges giving proper slope construction joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as specified.

Material and labour for WPT external walls and chajjas by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after cleaning the surfaces and exposing and opening all visible cracks throughly and cealing all with acrylic sealing compound as per manufacturer specification and direction of EIC: Dr fixit or equivalent as approved by GE.
