Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for “Design, Construction, Fabrication and Erection of SHOPPING COMPLEX including RCC LIFT WELL & RCC TERRACE TANK of capacity 20000Ltr : SHOPPING COMPLEX incorporating RCC framed as well as LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) Structure Technology on the basis of conceptual / Line Plan drawings all as specified and shown on drawing, DBR and other documents of the Tender and as mentioned in Annexure I to this Schedule shall be submitted by the contractor alongwith Soil Investigation complete duly vetted by IIT/NIT & approved by the Department. ” as listed in Schedule ‘A’ Part-I.
