M&L for maintenance and servicing at site of existing diesel engine Set of capacity 113/153 BHP, installed at fire fighting No1 & 2 FAD complete including draining out & starting of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refiling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly and replacing the engine oil with new to required level, replacing the fuel filter, check & clean air cleaner, check coolant level & make up to required level the same, drain the Fuel filter & water separator, filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, replacement of V-belts, changing clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning , checking of fuel, oil and water/coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the diesel engine with accessories for satisfactory running and testing at connected load. complete all as directed. Note:- The quoted rate include the required engine oil distiled water as mentioned above.
