Dismantling of existing 800 HP VT pump alongwith all accessories i.e. bowl / column assembly, discharge head , dismantling joint , sluice / buttery fly / Non return valves etc complete. & Supply of new Bowl assembly suitable for existing Jyoti make Vertical turbine pump model 600T, 4 stages self water lubricated above floor type pump capable of discharging water at the rate of 1200 Cum/ hour at duty point head of 139 meter and operating within range of 110 to 143 M The bowl assembly should be provided with stainless steel basket strainer including all consumable materials etc Complete including re-installation of complete pump with necessary reparing work like shaft , spider bush , sleeve for shaft , gun metal / SS bush for stuffing box , repairs & painting to column pipe / discharge head or repairs / repalcement of any other parts if any etc complete . The bowl assembly should have flat efficiency characterstics between 110 to 143 M suitable for 600 KW ( 3phase 3.3 KV) existing motor operating at 1475 RPM etc complete.

Providing and supplying at dept. store or work site dismantling joints suitable to various size of sluice valves, butterfly valves etc with two flanged type, welded to MS pipes made of MS plates of required thickness, bar stock materials with neoprene one piece V gland ring flanged drilled as per IS:1538, studs of electro-galvanised, and joints painted with light grey enamel paint, with necessary machining including hydraulic testing of 18 kg/cm2 .
