Removing existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down cement concrete, existing plaster lime cova 80 to 100mm thick mud phuska/cement concrete/lime cova etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position of WC’s/Bathroom etc in sunken portion area, removing demolished material completely and old waste pipe from sunken portion and cleaning the side/bottom surface of sunken floor with wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moistering the prepared surface for proper dispersion and penetration and applying two component cementitious elastomeric water proofing coating damp block 2K manufactured by M/S Asain paints Ltd to form waterproofing membrane in two coats @ 1.4 kg/m2 to built 1mm thickness as per manufacture specifications's of i,e first coat @ 0.7 Kg/Sqm and while Ist coat is still green, second coat shall be applied with a suitable and stiff brush @ 0.7 Kg/Sqm.The treatment shall be carried out to entire horizondal surface and upto the height of tile level on vertical walls. Subsequently curing to be done on the vertical and ponding for 48 hours on the horizondal surface according to the good practice and as per direction given by EIC for checking for leakage proofing, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Treatment shall be done through authorise representative of manufacturer and atleast 3 years sunken water proofing warranty by manufacturer

M&L for preparation of concrete surface after scraping and properly cleaning loose particles with pressure washer and wire brush complete in all respect and providing / applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers by Graco tex sprayer having sun reflective index (SRI) of 105 Mfd by Asian paint Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE in three coats laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:-

(a) 1st coat of self priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1)

(b) 2nd & 3rd coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid(dry film thickness of complete allocation/system not less than 500 microns)

Note: (i). fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers contain Tensile strength of 2.90Mpa, Elongation upto 350%, solid content 55.90, crack bridging ability upto 2.5mm (ii) Treatment shall be done through authorise representative of manufacturer and atleast 10 years water proofing warranty by manufacturer

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 microne HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron each having thickness 3 mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:-

(a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated

(b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm

(c) 3rd course of laying of APP Based modifiedpolymeric membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction and edges to be taken up to vertical wall of 20cm height inserted into the vertical wall concealed the joints with bitumen sealed. All joints and changes in all direction should be covered covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.

(d) Fourth course of apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @0.20 kg/sqm over APP membrane.

Demolition of cement concrete incl terrazo flooring (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for semi skid ceramic color tiles of size 300x300mm, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 450 X 300 x 7 mm thick, jointless type, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for receiving the tiles, complete all as directed. Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for half brick thick wall with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair/other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair/other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceilings in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of cement based paint over and incl one coat of exterior grade cement based primer, complete all as specified and directed.
