| 1.01 | A separate chamber on top of one side should be built with (0-500V) Voltmeter (0-315A) Ammeter CT selector switches with one set of LED pilot lamp set with fuse base, top with 10A HRC link for 3 phase. The bus for phase will have 3 Nos. of 1½" x 1/4" Cu. flat and Neutral with 1½" x 1/4" Cu. flat, The earth bus with two runs of 1" x 1/8" Cu flat, must be run all round the panel to provide double earth connection to the cubicle switches cable glands, cable adopter box etc., the bus should be mounted on synthetic enamel compound bus supports at equal interval as per IS specifications. The incoming 315A switch should be connected to the bus with same size of 1½" x 1/4", 125A switch should be connected with 30mmx3mm Cu. flat, 63A switches should be connected with No.8 SWG Cu. The switch should be separated from the bus by 6mm thick hylum sheet separators, and properly earthed by tinned solid copper flat as per I.E rules CEIG specifications. The panel should be painted with two coats of high quality enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, the cable size, capacity of switch, location etc., should be marked with white paint and 2 Nos, metallic danger board affixed complete with mounting on base channel supports | - | - | - | - |
| 2 | Supply and fixing of 3000VA UPS with 2 Nos 12V 150AH tubular battery with 1 hour backup and 48months warranty for mentioned capacity on full load operation and the following features.
a) Inverter shall be free from workmanship defects, sharp edges, nicks, scratches, burs etc, all fasteners shall be fixed properly. The equipments shall be complete with all parts and all parts shall be functional.
b) Enclosure shall conform to protection requirement of IRL to IS 13947 (part 1) 1993.
c) Switching device shall be MOSFET (or) IGBT.
d) Switching frequency shall be about 50HZ.
II. Input ; 120V to 260V 50 HZ single phase AC
