STMC work for 3 Nos. of Roads for an aggregated length of 12.765 km under Sambalpur (R and B) Division-II (Package-4)

Sardhapali Chowk to Gopalpali via Saplahara 1/150 to 1/500 Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dewatering , shoring and shuttering etc.

Loosening,levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankement to faciliate placement of first layer of embankement,scarified to a depth of 150 mm,mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause-305 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th. Revision)

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing Close graded Granular sub-base Grading-VI material as per table 400-1 ,spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(5th. Revision) .

Supplying & laying of precast, interlocking concrete block of 80mm thick of approved design and filling the joints with sand on the prepared surface including cost of all charges etc. complete as per M.OR.D specification .

Disposal of excavated earth by mechanical means including loading and unloading as per directed by Engineer-in-chage etc. complete in all respect.

Providing filling sand well watered and rammed.

Ainthapali-Jamadarpali Road 0/00 to 7/297km Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
