Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing unservicble debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km and not exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed at a leval n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Vitrified Ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick of any shade, polished area of each tile exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

M & L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles (square/rectangular) 7 to 8mm thick in floors, area of each tile exc.0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with matching pigment, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of skirting/ dado etc of size 600X300x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat/ plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles as in floors 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs to one edge, such as in steps and other similar situations all as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specifie and directed.

Demolition of brick work/ PCC Block or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removing unservicble debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km and not exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed at a leval n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing unservicble debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km and not exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed at a leval n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water , etc and removing unservicble debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km and not exc. 5 Km and depositing where directed at a leval n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) of Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face surfaces of brick work or concrete in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in ceilings in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices and applying two coats of Oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling boarding of any description, fixed in any position, fixed with screws and framed work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for suspended false ceiling system using Armstrong sections ceiling grid system of grid size 600x600mm including 14mm thick Armstrong ceiling board placed over grid and the entire system of grid shall be suspended from roof with 2mm dia GI wire accordingly to the roof height with dash fastner/rag bolts etc as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specfied and as directed by Engr-in-charge
