Modification of Roof & Side sheeting in Coal Handling Plant(Old), Coke Sorting Plant(Mech.) in Coke Ovens complex, as modificaiton, for Coke Ovens (M) Department.

• Technical Eligibility Criteria:

The tenderer must have experience in any PSU/Govt. Organisation/ Public Limited Company in India during last seven years for execution of similar work, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender are invited.

Similar work is defined as work involving the following:

Successful execution of fabrication, dismantling, erection / installation of technological/building structure for roof (or side sheeting) of gallery (or workshop) against one or more work orders for a value not less than Rs. 3.20 crore (inclusive of GST). The value of each work order should not be less than Rs. 50.00 Lakh (inclusive of GST).

Note: in case work execution is under progress, value of work done during t he qualifying period shall be considered, subject to submission of notarized satisfactory performance report by the executing authority clearly indicating executed value as above as per work order.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:-

a) Copy of Purchase order / Contract copy / work order issued by the client.

b) Commissioning certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate/ Job completion Certificate/ Performance Certificate from the client for work / works along with contact person’s name, Email-ID and Mobile/telephone no. of the client.

• Financial Eligibility Criteria :-

i. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025 should be at least Rs. 163.69 Lakhs.

ii.Net worth of the bidder should be positive as on 31st March 2025.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility

a) Audited Annual Financial statements duly certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with valid UDIN (including Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account) for the last three financial years ending 31.03.2025.
