M&L demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for
M&L demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles
Taking down door chowkhat with shutter area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L dismantling wooden scantling 40 sqcm and over in section.
Dismantiling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness of roof coverings
Taking down GI pipe of any grade of 15mm bore including fittings complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down GI pipe of any grade of 20mm bore including fittings complete all as specified and directed.
Disconnecting existing water tank setting aside ( or lowering if required ) for repairs cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down of wash basin complete all as specified .
Dismantling of WC complete all as specified
Taking down of any type of bib tap complete all as specified
Taking down of any type of stop cock complete all as specified
Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards any thickness and in any position including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for
Taking down of rolling shutter complete all as specified.
Sch of credit of all unservicable items enclosed as additional documents
Note : (a) Schedule of credit of all unserviceable items as obtained from the demolished bldg will be contractor property. Hence, schedule of credit will be deducted from the quoted amount by contractor. (b) All demolished material shall be removed from site to outside of MoD land. (c) The contractor shall have no claim regarding fixation of credit rates in this schedule and no rebate on "Schedule of credit" rates/ amount shall be accepted.
