Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling of well gravel by lorry in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification.

Providing Pre – construction Anti – termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentration under grade slab and grade beam, all round the Pile Caps, Catch basins, trenches, pits, tunnels, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor. External perimeter of building, surrounding of pipes, expansion joints, below U.G. sump and retaining/side walls etc. as per instructions of chemical manufacturer as directed by the Department officer/ Architect. The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 or equivalent BS specification. The chemical to be used as insecticide for the treatment shall be Biflex Tc, TC stands for Termiticide Concentrate for Termite Control (Bifenthrin) and the application shall be diluted 1 part of chemical Biflex Tc with 49 parts of water to get 0.05% emulsion andstrictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. The work should be carried out by an approved and registered specialist pest control agency only. Tenderer to furnish the name of the proposed specialist firm. A 10 year’s post application guarantee against defects shall be furnished by the main Contractor. Note: Horizontal plan area at ground floor level of the building will be measured and paid.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. For super Structure Ground floor

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best qualityecond Class ground moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. For superstructure in Ground floor

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) (The basic cost of the tiles should not be less than Rs.80/- per sq.ft.)

Supplying and apply moisture barrier flooring using sikafloor - 80 primer and three part self smoothing underlay screed using sikafloor 81 EPOcem and finally applying four part self level Epoxy using Sika floor 261 hrs to an overall thickness of 3mm including necessary grinding, cleaning etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and applying EPOXY coving work 75 x 75 including preparation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and paving the floor with design mat finished anti-skid ceramic tiles of approved brand and quality of size 12” X 12” (or) 300 x 300 mm in all floors over a base mortar using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand / M Sand) 20mm thick laid in situ true to alignment and pointed with colour cement (White cement mixed with colouring pigment) to suit the colour and shade of the ceramic tiles used neatly and fixed in position without any air gap in between the ceramic tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on works).

Dadooing the walls with best quality glazed tiles of approved design, colour of size 30 cm X 45 cm over the base plastering of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand / M Sand) 12mm thick and set in cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand / M Sand) and pointed with colour cement and finishing neatly as directed by the departmental officers., etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of Black granite slab of 20mm thick for work bench of approved quality with base plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pointing the slab with coloured cement to match the colour of the slab, finishing neatly, cleaning the surface neatly etc., and shaping front edge of slab half round etc., as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing of Hilux (or) Equivalent perfortate sheet board False ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level including necessary fitting, transporatation and labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish with openable type window with extruded alu.section of the outer frame 38x33x21x1.90mm secation 59x..x25x2.10mm with necessary acessories such as rubber beading best quality of lock handle and fixing 4mm thick. plain/frosted/pin headed glass L angles glassing including cost of all aterials labour for electrical consumption required for fabrication drilling in RCC columns with power drill to the required extent and make good to the original condition scaffolding if any etc., completed ans as directed by the departmental officers. (The wood have to be got approved by departmental Engineers before use on work).

Supplying and fixing flush door shutters of single leaf with skin type paneled door 32 mm thick made up of hard wood of approved quality including fixing necessary furniture fittings such as iron oxide MS hinges of 125mm x 30mm size 3 Nos., aluminium aldrop of size 250 x 16mm – 1 No. aluminium tower of size 250 x 12mm – 1 No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 200x12mm – 1 No., D type aluminium handle of size 125mm – 2 Nos. Supply and finishing in position of Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before fixing in position as directed.

Supplying and fixing MS iron grill for windows ventilators and grill gate etc., including one coat of red oxide primer using MS angle of size 40X40X6mm grill using 20X6mm MS flat and necessary hold fast with MS angle 40X40X6mm 23cm length splashed at end is to be provided at appropriate places for fixing the grill etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills should be got approved by the departmental officers before execution.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing three coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coatsof exterior / interior emulsion paint are one coat of primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications.
