M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in screened & graded road metal and rolled with Vibromix/Tandam 10-12 tonne power roller, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with mechanical brooms and remove all loose dust etc. with air compressor having black top surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No. 2.00 here-in-above but unsurfaced WBM and applying tack coat @ of 10kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix of paving bitumen VG-30 rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, mixing is carried out in computarized automatic hot mix plant laying and spreading by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power Vibromax/Tandam road roller to required level, gradient, camber and super elevation, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The work shall be carried out by using mechanical paver.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish, any shape & size with grey cement & pigment confirming to IS 15658 (2006) of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Kansal/Coral/Ultra/ Hindustan Notes:- (a) The make, colour shade, size & pattern of paver blocks shall be as approved by GE in writing before procurement. (b) Blocks shall be laid from one end keeping gap of 1 to 2 mm between blocks and the gap shall be filled with approved sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm each and in depth exc 50mm but n. exc 100mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required limestone, sand stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2mm thick painting lines, dashes, arrows letters etc on roads, pavement and like by applying reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to BS:3262 (5Kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters (250 gms) and 10 cm/15 cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road Marking Machine) including complete removal of dust particle by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair reflective road studs of size 100x120x20mm (minium weight 130 gms) most effective night guidance even under the most adverse weather conditions. Top quality, dynamically designed studs having excellent quality standards, can bear load upto 25 tonnes. The studs are visible and can also be heard and felt, due to the rumble when a vehicle crosses over them. Roads studs in different colour to delineate both the carriage way at the center and at the edges of roads made out of in rigid ABS plastic. The special material composition inables the studs to bear severe impacts.
